When I open the english .exe normally, I get unable to open archive file.
When I open it with japanese locale, I get “invalid start mode: Missing__IRAFN command line switch”.
The normal .exe works just fine. Is there something wrong with the english .exe?
Sorry, english patch, not .exe.
Try running the english patch in a different file, so not the one the game is already installed in.

i installed the game, patches, and english patch… it starts up fine. but after the opening cutscene, the game makes my whole cpu freeze… does anyone know why? i really want to play! please help!

The game crashes during the intro movie with no crash logs opening up. There is also a random red box around the window.
if you are using avast antivirus, off auto-sandbox in the settings, it’ll work then

Did you run this game with administrators right ? Did you try running it in AppLocal or changed windows to japanese ? This usually helps.
Umm.. I have a question, I cant seem to find the exe file to start the game.. Did I do something wrong? o.o
Apparently, after I installed the 3 Append discs, and the English Patch.. even the original exe got removed.. o.o
it is inside the Backup folder or so I think. Try it.
I noticed that its only when I intsall the english patch is when I lose the original Exe file to start the game. But I still cant find a new exe file to start the game after I’ve patched it.
Ok, I think I got it to work. Have not test it MUCH but the game starts fine with english text.
1. move the age.exe.bak from the backup folder back into the main folder and rename it age.exe
2. move all the files from the patch folder into the main folder
the game should start with english texts
These is a Problem already known in the Translator Forums.
Some Anti Virus Programms deleting the Files of the ENG Patch WITHOUT asking, even if your settings are “ask what to do”.
Just disable yout Antivirus Programm and you can Install the Patch without Problems.
Hmmm.. I got as fars as the test dungeon but when I walk over to the feather of elyun or whatever game freezes for a minute then comes back… but nothing happens cant interact with the game eventhough it still runs. Any ideas?

Remove LAV filters. Thats it. Mine came bundled with zoomplayer and after I uninstalled them seperately game works perfectly.
Its pain if you need them so anyone with more tech skill can explain how to disable LAV filters from automatically starting when any animation starts in game

Plot summary:
Yuidora is an industrial city where crafts from numerous countries gather and where a wide variety of weapons and armors are created. Living in this city, Wilfred succeeded his workshop from his deceased parents and just took his first step to becoming an alchemist.
While there is tension within the kingdom and with neighboring countries, Wilfred hires three women as his bodyguards. Wilfred aspires to discover and create new crafts. He is always busy, studying and developing his workshop, along with help from many different races.
As he develops his workshop and becomes more intimate with others, he is faced with the troubles they are facing. Strife in their country, war with other countries, dispute with other races… He is dragged into war that determines the destiny of Yuidora and the Mikelty Kingdom…
The peace of the kingdom is in the hands of the young boy and girls.
*Play time: 100+ hours for 3 routes. For me, it took about 90 hours for the 1st playthrough, 50 hours for the 2nd, and 30 hours for the 3rd.
Story: 3/10
I’ll get right to the point. The story sucks. There’s no deep story and there’s no character depth. The characters felt flat, and you really don’t get to know the characters. The weren’t enough love-love events, and it was so bad that you couldn’t tell that the protag was going out with the heroine even after entering a specific route (except for a few Hscenes). The story is very happy (unlike Genrin) for an Eushully game. The story also suffers from an incredibly slow pace and super-convenient plot.
But even with all these negative aspects of the story, I didn’t really care since I wasn’t reading this for the story. As with Himegari, I would’ve rather liked it if the story was shorter so I could get back to the gameplay part.
Gameplay: 10/10
The game is about exploring maps/dungeons, creating items, and building your store. The battle system is like the ones in Genrin and Himegari, except it’s been improved and refined since then. The gameplay in this game is very, very good. There is just so much to do in this game: combining and creating items, collecting items, strengthening costumes, building your store, growing your characters, etc, etc. There is also a lot of freedom in the game. The game isn’t that hard, but you can always change the difficulty and there are extra dungeons. There are so many things to do and collect that it may become gruntwork for perfectionists (look at my playtime ^^;).
The bad parts. I didn’t like the level up stat increase randomizer. If you want a good character, you have to save -> turn start -> level up character -> reload if you don’t like stat increase. This gets cumbersome after a while. Another bad thing is that there is a big difference in strength of characters, especially after the first playthrough. All characters without 2 actions will be put in reserve because they just aren’t good compared to 2 actions. It’s also annoying how skills that allow you to move certain terrains have to be equipped onto the valuable skill slots (it’s too much hassle to change skills depending on terrain).
But with all the flaws, it’s still a really fun game and it really hooks you in and makes you keep playing. I loved it, especially since I love SRPG.
Graphics: 6/10
The graphics are good and the characters are drawn well. I didn’t have any problem with it. Just go look at the sample pics in the link above. Not much else to say about them.
Music: 4/10
The BGM is not memorable. I even had to go back and reboot the game and listen back so I remembered what the music was like. I don’t like the vocal song, and during the game, you’re mostly too concerned about the gameplay to worry about the BGM. Listening to it again, the BGMs aren’t that bad, but some of the tracks are way too overplayed.
System: 6/10
From the title, you have CG mode, recollection mode, and BGM mode. From in-game, you can change window mode, text speed, font, sound (voice, BGM, SE) volumes. There are also game-specific settings such as animation of movements, battles, auto turn end, etc. I like how you can turn off a lot of things for more efficient gameplay. During the game, you can also check things such as monster list, item list, quest list, skill list, character and term dictionary.
There are a few bad things about the system too. First, there’s no log after scene change. Then there’s the obligatory no “keep voices after mouse click” option, and you also can’t skip the ending movie.
Ero: 3/10
The ero wasn’t good in this game. I like the ero in the Genrin series, so I don’t know why I don’t like the ero in Eushully’s other games. The text just seems bland, and although the scenes are decently long, it was really boring to read. It didn’t help that I didn’t have any attachment to the characters. However, I thought it was cool how each heroine had different Hscenes with different costumes. Each heroine has 8+ scenes, and most of the side female characters have Hscenes as well. All the Hscenes are pretty normal, and this may be a first for a game from Eushully, as there is no rape scene!
My final score: 9/10
Get this game for the gameplay and gameplay only. It will disappoint you if you expect anything else from it. And they deliver big on gameplay. It will be a great game if you like grinding and collecting stuff. This is exactly the kind of game I love, so I enjoyed it a lot (probably spent too much time playing it and neglecting translation after it came out …). Now, I wish they would make Genrin 3 someday…
Recommended for: People who like gameplay, people who like SRPG, people who love grinding, and people who have lots of time.
Not recommended for: People who want story, people who want great characters, people who want short gameplay, people who hate grinding, people who want Eushully rape.

How do we get around the unable to open Archive File of the english patch? I have all appendixes and patches installed plus the full game. Do I open it inside the programs location or from the desktop?
i can’t install patch kami_ap01 when i try it shows message with Japanese first with word windows in it and after this one it shows the other one only with ??????????? and i do use Japanese language can someone help me with this?
You are NOT in the Japanese Locale. There are DIFFERENT Options. Format ( Timestamp etc ), Language and Keyborads ( That is the Language your OS shows you. Those two Options are NOT needed. And then theres another Option Locale for NON Unicode Programs. Youll need this Option set to Japanese and restart your Computer. Many People makes this Error and Confusing the wrong Language Option with the right Locale Option.

im stuck in chapter 4, no events and dont know what to do/collect to advance, i apperantly have to find a substitute for the shells of that giant monster thingy, and only have 1 quest from sharty left where i have to find a Darklight flower, ramius stone and electric bones,

> move Kamidori English 1_0 to where Kamidori is installed
> run Kamidori English 1_0
and I’m lost >.>.. there is no .exe file for me to run other than the uninstalls and the Kamidori English 1_0 I just moved into the folder.

The Culprit is your antivirus Program. The Problem is already known in the Translator forums. Just disable your antivirus Program and you can Install the Patches normally.

Stuck at “Sunlit Clearing” I need flight to get across the water but I have no idea how to get that.
You need to loot all the treasure spots (or whatever you want to call them). Once that’s done an enemy that you have to deal with appears 🙂

how do you instal the patch every time i put it in the game folder it searches for everything and says all 3 disk can not be found even though i mounted it
Hey I press 3 patch files and it start loading something I cant read so I don’t know much. Then after loading a few bars press next and it pop up some text box with a ping sound. press next again and it close. is that normal? and then when I run english patch it say software not found. How to fix this?

The only difficulty that I am experiencing is that there is some audio “stutter” whenever a character speaks. Its like a word or two gets cut off in the middle of the voice over.

then ran all three patches
then renamed the English patch exe to AGE
But when I start the game it searches my computer then says game not found?

Why rename the patch ? That cant work. The Patch looks for the game,
Install all 3 append files. Be sure that thoose Addon Files are in the MAIN folder of the game not a subfolder. Also be sure that the Installation Path contain NO Japanese Letters.
Put Patch in the Game Folder an run it. Start Game with age.exe, done.

* Install game
* Change the Japanese folder text to Kamidori Alchemy Meister in the Eushully folder on your hard drive
* Drag and Install the three patches into that folder – (This may also make a sub folder in the Eushully folder it will appear in Japanese text.Drag the the contents of that folder into the Kamidori Alchemy Meister folder)
* Then drag and install the Kamidori English 1_0 patch in the Kamidori Alchemy Meister folder.
Hope that helps anyone cause it have the problems I was having. 🙂

Eushully game only has female characters’ voice.
All male characters’ unvoice (basically ,all male are mute ^_^)
Anyone knows how to beat the Reaper in chapter 2?(if it is even possible). He has that skill “Perfect Focus” which allows him to avoid any attack and I can’t find any way to deal any damage to him. It should be easy to kill with 1 damage/attack but i can’t manage to do any damage at all. Any ideas?
At the beginning of chapter 3 it says that the Reaper is not appearing anymore, so I guess there should be a way to defeat him in 2nd chapter.

You must lose to the Reaper (fight 1-2 battle ,then you’ll automatical lost the fight).
Later in chapter 5-6 ,you’ll find way to kill her.

You need to change your locale to Japanese before installing the game. The only crash/error i encountered was when I tried to change the in-game font.
A bit of advice, if you’re thinking of playing alot of VNs just keep your locale in Japanese while installing and playing, it doesn’t really effect anything in Windows. It will save you from alot of errors and headaches. The onl
unfortunatelly I instaled it in Japanese localization (as well as all patches and english patch), but it is not working
Try to re-install it without the english patch, to see if the untranslated(original) is even working for you. Also leave the game path to default during installation. If it’s working like that, then there is a problem when you install the eng patch. Scroll through the comments, some ppl found solutions for that.
just changing the exe soubor to the original japanese is enough to get rid of the errors, but it changes game to almost completely Japanese so it doesen´t help too much

Well it kind of works, but you have to apply the english voice patch from another folder than the game itself.
