Man, this one is pretty hard but its pretty exciting game i hope can someone invent a cheat on materials dam too hard when there’s no walkthrough have to look for it XD

any special events you only get in dungeons or things you need to make?

You have to recharge yuela sword to advance to chapter 5. At least i had to, it may be different depending on which character route you choose.
for chapter 4 all you guys need to do is this mission
mission 1-the last search? – you need to go to blitz moor at kania wasteland..
mission 2-research holy elementals – i think you need to level melodiana and do her events or if needed i think you need to level shanty as wel.
mission 3-research flame elementals – need to level uya then do his events
mission 4reforge yuela sword- need to go to rock turtle nest at amurent forest land..
after this you will just get scene whos route you go for… after that you can advance to chapter 5
all you guys have to do is complete mission . i think quest is not important.. and you can check at what chapter the quest will fail at info then quest..
the problem is i only have bloackaded area in kania wasteland, the free map
How do I install this game? I’m on Windows 7, running in Japanese locale, ran the setup.exe as admin, have admin privileges, ran it in compatibility mode, tried prying the files out of the CD image… nothing works. I keep getting an error when I try to install it.

I am. The install doesn’t even start.
Basically when I run setup.exe, the installer starts, but before it does anything it comes up with a 1155 error, then stops. I’ve tried to diagnose the problem online, but all of the fixes there involve updating Windows Installer, which I already have done.
Had you set the localization as Japanese before starting the instalation ?

go to the comments page before this one, press Ctrl and F keys, type Kamidori install guide in the find bar that pops up. I have an installation guide I typed up. it may help you.
The installer doesn’t even start. I can’t get past step one: “follow the installer” because the installer doesn’t work.
I’m in jap locale, I restarted my computer. I redownloaded the cd and tried it. I ran the program as admin. I copied the files on the CD and tried to run it. None of that works. Your guide didn’t help because it assumes the installer works.

Okay, I’ve realized the problem. Change your locale to japanese. Also, don’t confuse the location and locale settings. look at my installation guide on this page to guide you through or look it up yourself.

“Mare tail”, as the name implies, drops off mares (that flying, sucubus monsters). I don’t know which act you’re in so i can’t reccomend location.

I need help with the patch. I got the game from the torrent provided and it installed perfectly, but the patch refuses to work for some reason.
Which patch? If it’s the English patch, make sure that it is the last patch you install. If you change the game’s folder’s name then it won’t find it or if you haven’t all ready installed the other patches it will not find it also.

Do you have your locale set to japanese when playing? It also may be a problem with your RAM or antivirus. Close unnecessary background tasks and put your antivirus in silent mode or turn it off. If the problem still persists, somthing may have gone wrong during the installation. Check the Kamidori install guide in the comments before this for a step by step install guide.

(NOTE: Before INSTALLING OR PLAYING Kamidori, change your system locale to Japanese. To do this in Windows 7, Open the control panel and set the view by to category. Click “Clock, language, and region”. Click “Region and Language” and then click on the administrative tab. There will be a button that says “Change system local”. Click on that and scroll down until you find “Japanese (Japan)”. Set it to that and apply settings. You will need to restart your computer afterwards.)
STEP1- Extract the game download. Run KAMIDORI.mds in a virtual drive program such as Daemon Tools Lite. Follow the installation and make no changes to the default installation location.
(IMPORTANT: Be very careful to not change that default install direction. It could possibly make the folder unfindable for the patches!)
STEP2- After the setup has finished extract the patches. Run each .exe file in this order:
kami_ap01
kami_ap02
kami_200
If you have not accidentally changed the default installation location from step 1, then the patches will have installed correctly.
(IMPORTANT: For the english patch to install correctly, all three patches MUST be installed.)
STEP3- Extract the English patch. Copy the Kamidori English 1_0.exe file into the installed games folder. The default location is:

After placing the .exe file in the installed game folder, run it.
Congratulations. You have (hopefully) successfully installed Kamidori onto your computer.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Restarting your computer before installing is a wise idea. it minimizes risks of unsuccessful installation.
After you install and patch successfully, the name of the folder can be changed however you like, so never worry about the folder’s default location being something you don’t like.
Always remember to close unnecessary processes and programs in the task manager. Games tend to eat up high amounts of memory which won’t be a problem if you have enough to spare.
Turn off your antivirus or put it into a silent mode before playing a game. Antiviruses can screw with a running game and cause some minor errors. If you’re having minor problems then your antivirus may be the cause.

how do you get to chapter 4? I have the evaluation and leveled
my shop and workshop, but nothing appears to go to the next level.
Is anyone else stuck on chapter 3? I finished the guild quest where I had to get the clams, but after that, I got nothing. I know I’m supposed to get some sort of toggle from the old guy at the bar to go to the mountain to rescue a lost alchemist, but I’m not getting anything from him. Is there something I need to do in between finishing the underground lake and getting the other quests in chapter 3?
Do the clam hunt, and explore the other free area you gain access to when you became a tradesman. Watch all the scenes applicable to the characters you’ve got, and the scene at the bar will eventually pop up.
Does anyone know how the routes for the heroines work?
How does one choose which route he wants to go to, or what do you have to do to go down a particular route?
I think it was the more you use the girl the more love she gets, so you will have to play with that girl more often than the others.
That’s wierd, i chose yes for a scene with Yuela, no for a scene with Servalwi – i use Yuela and Servalwi a lot in battle and barely ever use Emilita (weakest out of the three) and right now i’m in chapter 5 and it seems that i’m on her route for some reason

Man you’re lucky, I wanted to do Emilita route first but ended up with Yuela instead (that’s what happens when you try to get all heroines at once). Anyway I recommend you just finish the game once and get the heroine you want on second playthrough.
It’s me or there’s no voice after the patch? Because, when the first NPC talk to us at the beginning of the game when we enable “lower BGM when voice acting”, the BGM get lower but there isn’t any voice, is it normal? It came later?

I’m wondering that too – I’m in Chapter 5 and can’t seem to advance, and the only quest that I could potentially complete is to make the fertilizer, which requires said Undine Tear.
Just figured it out – you get them from Undine’s (might be rare drop? I equipped that bracelet that ups drop %). Thing is, Undine’s only appear in one map at that point, Western Shore at the lake.

You can get electric bones in the dejani borderlands behind the event square in a mine spot…im still stumped on the ramius stone myself…
I got the Ramius Stone after a certain event in chapter 6, u have to go to the Dijenel Borderland and save somebody.

Ive already read that comment, mentioned something about a pup, what is that, a dog¿?¿? if it is, since im still in chapter four the only dog i can think about is the gigant hellhound in the rosean mountains when Uya faces this monster, i’ve already completed that dungeon 100% but no stone

There’s no difference, but using a torrent is much easier and faster with less chance for file corruption during download.

You can but change it back to japanese before playing the game. Personally, I find it easier to just leave it in japanese locale, but I have a lot of games that require it.
I have the same question like many others about chapter 4. I can’t advance, no quests/events. I’ve already read the other comments about blitz moore since i don’t have that map, but I am already lv20 and yuela lv31 and still haven’t got it. I’ve already researched all the elements and finished all possible maps 100%(completed). I couldn’t finish 2 maps which require silver key. I’ve also finished all possible quests until now.

Hmm I have a problem about saving. My game work nicely and dosen’t crash exept when I try to save.
The error dosen’t close the game but I can’t save my progres :/. It would be nice if anyone can help me. Also just to make it sure, I use jap local, all patch are installed and I don’t get any crash while I play.
Iv’e seen someone post the same problem. Try turning off your anti-virus before playing the game. I believe they said that solved the save issue.

Lol idk, i have the deadbeat thingie too in my workshop but idk what it does.
It doesn’t do anything except mark the fact that you needed help to finish the game. I did it just for the deadbeat rings i don’t think there are any other accessory that gives +5/+5.

Anyone know if the stat bonus when you level up is really random or not cause sometimes it will not give me +str no matter how many times i tried (think i wasted almost two hours on Yuela trying to get +str but it just would not come).

Start the map, click on party on the upper part of your screen and you can deploy from there.
