I have followed the instructions (installed all 3 patches and them the english patch) but whenever click on “Start Game” it crashes…. Already tried installing the game using applocale and changed my system to jap and got the same issue…

Fixed. Turns out i have changed my OS into japanese instead of the unicode locale….

I have a question i am on chapter 4 with all my rooms expanded fully and have 4k evaluation ( require 2.8k )and went everywhere. I have no idea how to get to chapter 5, cant see the lord or any events in the city
Try checking mission in the info section. It usually shows the requirement to get to next chapter.

I am just curious. The game requires the computer to change the location to Japan in order to access. Is there anyway to play the game although I set the my computer location back to U.S.? Since I am doing coding and stuff, “\” that is not appear like original by the japanese alphabet thing. Pretty annoying.
I think you should be able to since it would only need the jap locale for installation since some files can’t be installed unless its th case, so i think you should be fine if you o back to US, sorry if i’m wrong.
I try to switch my local back to U.S., yet I used appLocale to access the game. It does allow me to get into the game, but when I try to acccess the buttons in the game like Load, Gallary, etc, the game will just stop. Any other recommendation than appLocale?
This deadbeat is a cheating dungeon. As you can see, the reward is too much compared to the work you have done.
The penalty is ‘shame’ as it appears on your workshop’s name.
However, you can clear the ‘shame’ by reaching the innermost dungeon of it, and defeat the Level 90 Boss.

Question: Maybe I’m just impatient..but I’ve put TONS of stuff up for sale. I’ve gone on several outings and each time I come back… nothing has been sold. Not a single item. I’ve tried leaving the elf girl to watch the shop as well and still…nada. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to wait?
Selling goods is a slow business.
It’s perfectly normal that you dont sell anything with the default clerk, cause he’s ability to sell is really low (10).
For an idea, the lowest is Yuela (4), and the highest that I currently have is Emelita (42).
The idea is to put Emelita in the store, then in the town, click one the ‘3 Days’ button, to pass the time quickly. From then, it’s just luck.
For more sales, put a bed in the Room so you can have another clerk.
Really, the shop kind of fails at first, but as you get into the late-game chapters.. your shit will get sold. So just carry on for now and kinda let it be. ;w.

Found the problem.
Converting the mdf/mds to iso changed something on the image.
When running from mdf it installed properly.
With the save game problem, if using avast open the game normally, not in sandbox mode.
If you play in sandbox mode your saves will be gone next time you load the game.

How exactly can you spend 2 hours in the 2nd dungeon o_O. but its not that bad, if your playing on normal, and abuse deadbeat dungeon… Really shouldn’t be that hard. DX. (Note: Playing a normal New Game and refusing to use it leads to spending two hours in the tutorial dungeon, because unless your level 2 from the slimes (preferably with point in Con or Spd) the Greyhound will oneshot you DX.

A few questions
1. I’m having a bit of a problem with my game. I’ve played and beaten the game, it’s just that every once in awhile it crashes in the middle of a battle. It’s also stopped playing the background music/battle music/the voices. It only produces sounds for when someone attacks/is attacked, and it plays the opening/ending songs. That’s it. I’ve checked the options/screens in the game and everything is clicked on, but there’s no music/voices. Can anyone help?
2. Where is the deadbeat dungeon located/when can you access it? I can’t seem to find it.
3. Do the extra stories require you to go through the entire game again to get leguna/lily/S Golem? I click on it and it starts from the beginning, so I’m a tad afraid to do anything with it at the moment.

3) If you mean the extra stories button above new game.. That should not start anything close to a normal game… Theyre just short stories that start with Wil at.. level 45? After you clear them, you can just tick on the options to get the extra char’s once you start a new game ;w
Im still not seeing the Deadbeat dungeon. Maybe I didn’t patch/upload the append disks properly? The Eushully House and the Mission for the Asmodus woman is availiable but no Deadbeat dungeon. If I re-apply the disks (and maybe even the english patch) will it affect my saves/cause me to lose them? After 80+ hours of work I’d hate to lose them.
Actually, you know what? I think I’ll just reinstall the game if I have access to Deadbeat dungeon from the start (as in, don’t need access to NG+ to use it) since my game is already wonkers. So, can you access it from the very start of a new game or do you need NG+ to use it?

And all other folders only have “Kamidori.mdf”. What do I do with them? I also downloaded the patches, but I just don’t know which step to take since there are no Installation instructions.

those are game disc images. refer to FAQ for instructions how to mount them.
I now have an issue with the english patch.
It goes by everything and says “Software not found. The full install of Kamidori was not located on your system. Please make sure you have installed Kamidori and ALL THREE append disks”.

Double check if you’ve really installed the 3 patches in the game folderYou may have to do it more than once. You know that it correctly installed if you can see in your game folder one unstalling file for each patches.
It’s saying that because you didn’t install the game.
You have to MOUNT the .MDS file using Daemon Tool

But… they all start at like level 1.. and we’re all totally too noble to use the deadbeat dungeon to level them :O…. Welp, back to stacking element resist and letting dragons and other high base xp monsters attack me for ~12+ combat experience per round… The non-shame inducing, lazy way to level DX
No if you beat the sidestories and begin the game, you can get 3 new characters, the girl, Leguna, and his stone golem in your team.
Also, your level starts from whatever Lv it was the previous game and all your party members + items are still present.
That i know, but afaik Leguna, Golem, and Lily start from level 1 because you didnt have them before. Then again i’ve never really messed with them, so, Meh.

there r 5 pages for missions in the menu but i completed 1 and a half page… i have to play the chapters for months to get new ones or what?
Once you complete it once, you can unlock something called “The New Game” and also if you play the Sidestories, you can unlock all the new characters (which you HAVE to).
Then if you click start new game after you finish whatever route you are in, you can begin what is called “the New Game”

btw, what are you consider a sidestory?
(repair the bridge in 10 days, collecting 50 fruits and like these from the bar? cuz i failed all these nonsense missions xD)
Those aren’t sidestories.
The sidestories are the first tab on the Menu Screen, which should clearly say “SIDE STORIES” xD
There are 2, you have to do both – which unlocks characters.

before you start a new game(2nd time) you have to clear it first to unlock new characters. i learned the mistake in the middle of my 2nd new game. too far to start again.
I can’t get this game to install the english patch no matter what I do. I’ve installed via mounting, and used app locale, and installed the 3 patches, and then tried the english patch. However when I run the english patch it says it can’t find the whole game on my system, but I’ve installed the whole thing and those patches nearly 3 times now. What gives?

i downloaded this game via torrent, and just finished downloading it.
i tried installing it, but it seems the setup file has a prob.
Everytime i tried to install this game, the installation dialog box appears, and i click the button which is the “install game” button( it appears as a bunch of “?” and other symbols. and after i click it, an error appears.

guys, any tips on how to level up your characters in NG+?
the dungeons have required level 60 but my lv82 is really having a hard time and they also give low experience points, so my less used characters (lv53~) are stuck.
Are the effects of the Marwen ring really worth it?
I mean should I start the NG+ with all of them at lv1?
This is from my gameplay so if it has some mistake, please correct it. Marwen ring will randomly give you additional 50% stat boost when lv up depend on your character default growth rate. Some characters like Crayl and Uya have a very bad growth rate so the ring will be pretty useless for them. (get 1 or even 0 additional point) While some who cost large command point like Kohakuren will get huge boost (around 2-3 additional point)
on the media fire section part 10 cannot be downloaded since its only going like 104kb a second supposedly it times out and stops in the 70mb area.
