You get the title Deadbeat. It means you chose not to play the game the way the developers intended and instead took the easy way (easy money/levels/etc). It’s understandable though as even if you use this you’ll spend a lot of time doing all the quests or farming for ingredients.
Defeat the slime at lv 70 deatbeat and you lose the title 😛

You keep as much as you want. character levels, money, items, etc. the only thing that’s reset are maps that are open and quest line stuff.

I have just finished the Serwi route.
It’s a fanstastic game.
Im stuck at the chapter 6 alchemy exam, i have done the boxes i have killed all the slimes at once but i can not figure out what it means when i have to kill the big mob with the person closest to me unique skill. Im using Yuela to kill it since im on her route but i have no idea what this Unique skill is meant to be. Anyone know? Seriously stuck.

Her “unique” skill has to be the skill she learns herself, not something that comes from a weapon or the armor.
AKA, you need to use moves like “Sky Sword Dance” or “Heaven Sword Dance”.
And no, you do not need to restart the part or anything if you didn’t already know. You can change skills during the battle as long as she hasn’t made her move yet.
@Setsu, you need to close everything except the top left, and the bottom middle.

After u need to wait a turn for the door to open.
Three mutations for weapons that I’ve noticed: Blue Dragon sword mutates into Sea Dragon: 90 Hit, 3 STR, -5 SPD, +5 crit, +5 evade, water, Counterattack I. Staff of Light mutates into Magi Staff: 90 Hit, 4 INT, -1 SPD, holy. Rapid and Sacred bows mutate into Morph Bow: 95 Hit, 10 STR, -3 SPD, Volley, bow attacks become melee attacks (this is a melee weapon for your bow-user…).
Of course all elemental resistance accessories mutate into better versions (more valuable and better protection). Mining bracelet mutates into Key which grants the Lockpick ability (I believe you still need bronze and silver keys to open their respective doors).
Some furniture seems to mutate but I never took note of which to what as I was angry some actually had worse bonuses, though I didn’t note the price differences at the time.
If I find any more I’ll be sure to update.
Seems Wing and Reinforced bows also mutate to Morph bow.

What is New Game+? If I finished one route, and want to start another, shoould I play new game, or new game+ ?
Can someone help me here? I played until chapter 5 and the caravan quest, but after that I got no more events at town or the world map. I’ve tried to skip the days until 30 days and still no change. I’ve gone to every place at world map at least once and got abaout 3-4 quest remaining including Melodiana’s quest to Misanshel. Is this supposed to be like this? Or do I forgot something?

It’s not that hard… save before you go, and though I can’t remember exactly it should be something like:
Take the first Exlamation Mark > Keep going right/up. Then you will meet sharty but you need to meet her 2 times to kill her…
Anyways… took me 2 tries to get it.
Whoop, i meant the first DOWN exclamation mark.
It was something like:
You go straight for like 2~3 boxes I think, and there is 2 Exclamation Marks, one on top and bottom. Take the bottom.
Then keep going, it’s okay if you advance only like 1 box for like 2 turns (it’s supposed to be like that). Then go twice up, then right.
Something like that.
I’m in newgame plus now with the extra side quests and i have talked to tian twice now and the mission he gives me is untranslated. when i check description of the quest in the quest log (quest 105 i believe)it is in english but all events so far related to it are untranslated is anyone else having this problem? or is it just that one quest got missed in the english patch?

Yeah it has voices except for the males… xD None of the males have voices… and EVERY single girls have voices.

I could use other programs like Virtual Clonedrive to mount, but for this game you have to use Daemon Tool becuz other ones don’t mount .MDS files. (or at least ones that I’ve tried)
It’s not that difficult once you get the hang of it.
No matter how I download them, when I open it(7zip), it reads as broken afterward.
Use winrar and extract all the files to another folder, you might have to change your computers locale to install the game too.

You can get rid of it in Chapter 8 by fighting the DeadBeat boss… (which was easy, you just need Holy Elementals)…

About the quest you got to find info about merchant who stole dragon egg and runaway. Who should I get info from? Rich merchant and pay 30000 or cute merchant and pay 5000? Will they give the same result?

I gave 5k to the cute ones and eventually found him on my own. I’m not sure of the difference but I enjoy being 25k richer…though I’ll probably try differently on my next playthrough just to see the difference.
If you pay 30K in the dungeon your have treasure with 60k value. There fore its better to pay up the 30k. : )

Is my game glitched? i am in chapter 2, my rank is flegling( or w/e) and my workshop is 3 on everything and i have 2k evaluation ( note i had over 800 before going into chapter 2, which is the requirment to go up in rank and go to chapter 3), now i dont see the queen to go up in rank, am i glitched or just missing something?
You’re missing something.
You have to complete other necessary quests in order to advance to new chapters.

How do you extract the SQL or the MDS file to ISO? I can’t install the game, and the magicISO is not working either.
When I try to run the setup, why there is an error message pop-up saying 1155: ???? I cannot read that. What is the message anyway? How changing the location in the computer. All I have to do is only change the location to Japan, that is it?
Error 1155 says “The Game is not installed” or something along that lines.
Basically means you didn’t mount the .MDS file and hence didn’t install the game.
I got it all fix now. The main problem I had was not changing my actual regional setting. Pretty much, I forgot to install those 3 patchs as the attarchments. Now the game is working just fine.
Help!, I cant install the game, when i try to run the installer(setup.exe) send me thi menssage “1155: ???? E:(some ramdom letters).msi?????????”, what can i do?.
Not particularly sure what OS your using, but.. I’m going to assume windows.. and that it works something like mine does. Anyways, you need to go to the control panel and change your regional and language options.. Administrative tab. Set Language for non-unicode programs to Japanese. Restart. ???. Profit. Praise the wonder of Alchemy.

Ok so I was hoping someone could help me.. I only have one game save, I did not think I would need any others for just my first play through. I made it to chapter 4, never dying or anything. Ok so I went to explore lake of souls and saved inside the dungeon, I did not know that the boss (Massive Creature) would completely destroy my team without leaving me turns to heal and keep attacking. I have to get him down to 75% health and have no idea on how I could leave the dungeon or defeat him. Any advice?
You can’t leave the dungeon if you are in a particular quest.
That said, the way I beat it was just using Suina’s Ball Throw, which brought his health down to 75% (and lower) in just 1~2 shot…. If you didn’t get balling ball… too bad xD
Balling ball = the best weapon in game…

You can’t deploy because you’re not ALLOWED to…
It’s Yuela’s last trip, which allows you to only go there with Wil, Yuela, Emelita, and Servalwi.
You just have to finish the turns without moving anyone click the box in the top right hand corner that displays how many turns you’ve taken and have

Magnus: Quest 148 (Req Meister, 500 kills) (needed for ultimate weapon recipes)
* An event at the manor will be generated for Wil’s class change, but it’s subordinate to all other events there so they need to be cleared first. In Emi’s route, almost all her endgame stuff is through manor events, so you can get locked out of the Meister event if you wait too long to fulfill all the conditions.

Where can I find a stronger Holy glove for Sharty? Her attacks are too weak and do very little, that she cant beat the ghosts in meeting her sister.
Is there any negative effects from the deadbeat title? Does it carry over into NG+ or can you get rid of it?
Like two people said already… if you just complete all the deadbeat trials, and defeat boss in chapter 8…. the title goes away. If it carries over to NG+.. i do not know, cause i feel too newbish to allow myself to have it in the first place >_<.

Its one of those maps you’ll need to return to later to complete. Theres a small area over the river at the bottom, but you need someone with Dive or Flight skills to get over it. ;w

You can take them off quite easily. They’re just cursed, so if you go to the church, you can take it off (by going to curse tab)
