Yea, make sure you got all three uninstall files in the game folder, I had to install kami_200 twice, as it didn’t appear after the first install for some unknown reason. ^^;
You can run through the installer without it actually being installed, so keep an eye for the three uninstall files for the patches (as listed by nathred) during the patching process for verification. 🙂

I was able to install and run the game to the main menu, using applocal, but when I want start new game, game crashes.
I was trying to run this in compatibility mode for Win XP and without it but i get stll same results.
I have Win7 64-bit.

make sure u install the game n install the patches one by one from 1.0 to 2 n 2.0 or else the game will crash or unplayable when u use the english patch…
HEY ADMIN: Please copy the following Guide to your posting, lots of people seem to have the game-crashing problem:
Game Crashes shortly after start. To prevent it do as follows:
– Uninstall the complete game.
– change your country ins the systemoption to japanese (restart required).
– install the game and DONT use applocale.
– install the Patches in order. first the two 1.X patches, then 2.00 (DONT use applocale!)
– Copy english patch to gamedirectory and install it
– run the game and enjoy.
The Important things once again: Never use Applocale and change your system to japanese. That should do the trick.

Wow… i was literally going for Yuela or Serwalvi but HOW THE HELL
probably missed the two flags, choosing that you’re interested in yuela as more than a friend or pretty much the same w/ serawi. you’ll know they’re flags because they prompt for an answer. yuela’s is when she’s training, serawi’s is when she’s going to purify some land. seems the flag events seem to go yuela > serawi > emelita so you pretty much have to refuse the first two to go down her route. kind of confusing to me how you seem to have unintentionally entered her route lol.
Hah, I got the same as you. I was going for yuela yet, I got the hyperactive pinky.
During chapter 3 or 4, Serawi and Yuela ask you to go with them somewhere. If you deny both of them in those events, you’re stuck with pinky.

Actually not. You can still gey Yuela after choosing both flags… that’s what happened to me unfortunately… Probably the best way to avoid emelita is to not make armor for her, as you don’t get the measurment scene for her then 😛
How the hell will I know that measuring them will result into “go with her as the heroine” path. The crap! That is retarded! Now I can’t get her possible better clothes just because of this system.
Nah… just until you get one route… I mean c’mon… it’s not that far into the game that you are placed on a route…
You’d have to avoid the other heroines quite a ways to ”unintentionally” enter Emilitas route.
Most likely you missed some required side character or Yuela/Servalwi event.
The only thing guaranteeing Emilitas route is declining both Yuelas and Servalwis Pop up choices.

You get the Darklight flower from in Yuidora Mine (I don’t see it on the zone list though), Jungle Tribeland in Amurent Forestland (possibly from monsters, it’s not in the harvest list), and Scorched Battleground in Runic Forest Ruins (this one for sure), that story fight zone that leads to a rank bump.

You should play the normal game before u start the extra Stories, at least twice or 3 times. Then u ll have some more unlocked content.

You make Rainbow thread, it is in the “other” tab under alchemy synths and requires one each of blue/red/brown/green strings.

The chests are reference the location of map in town. You need to open the chests that same place where people gather, which are Arena and Bar.

Pumpkins can be harvested in the Underground Lake map of Yuma Lake.
I’ve tried again and again but every time I try running the patch it gives an error that it can’t patch age.exe. I have all 3 patches installed and am running japanese locale.
I tried reinstalling the entire game and the patches but I keep getting the same error.
changing the name of the folder to english also doesn’t help.

I must be missing something obvious here. I’m stuck on chp. 3! I’m on the Servalwi route, I’ve seen 2 of her purifying scenes, all my characters are at least lv. 20, my shop is rank 4, i have the required evaluation and I’ve done all the quests that are available to me with the exception of the bridge reconstruction quest (which I failed). When I look at my city view, there are no links to cutscenes. Any help would be appreciated!
Did you try going to the elves’ forest? You go twice, once with just her and once with all three girls. Then I believe you go on a trip and do a relatively easy duo map.
Where is the elves forest? I couldn’t find anything with that description. Again, I’m prolly missing something obvious, sorry.
The area name is Reyshiamael, it’s just an area for visiting, no battles there. It’s just above the Rosean Mountains, northeast of Yuidora Woodland, and east of Lake Shisetika. If you don’t have that location open yet just check around town going in and out of the workshop, talking to your party if the option to do so is there.
Hmm, I haven’t discovered that yet. I can’t get any sort of conversation flag to come up in the city and I’ve been stuck in chapter 3 for a while (over 5 hrs of play-time). Argg, it might have been that stupid bridge quest which I failed… Anyways, thanks for replying
It’s probably not the bridge quest…what mission(s) are you on now? What are the most recent ones you’ve done?
i have the following quests right now: yuela’s sword, reaper bounty, beautiful necklace, promise with the angel, misunderstanding and a good drink 3. The most recent quests i’ve done are the underground lake and rescuing the missing alchemist.
have you gotten the “Fulfill the boy’s request” mission? if not then whatever’s holding you up is probably related to Serawi.
I don’t think so. I’ve done “crayl’s request”, if that’s what you mean. But if it’s a different quest that you’re talking about, then I don’t know. I’ll try and see what I can do, but I’ve already got her measuring scene and her purifying scenes.

You start it in chapter 4 or 5 and finish it a chapter later in an event where everyone goes to check the forest. This is, of course, if you make the supplement and Crayl goes running off with it first.

Personally I know my laptop slows down a lot in dungeons from time to time even though I’m way above the minimum and even recommended specs. Try closing other things running and make sure only the game is running…if not try tweaking the options or uninstalling then reinstalling (seeing how many people have trouble during installation this should probably be a last resort).
I need a little help. Whenever I exit the game, half of the time, the game will cause my entire laptop to freeze forcing me to shut down my laptop. Then when I reboot my laptop and restart the game, it asks me to change the settings around, but it’s all in japanese, so I don’t know what settings to change to prevent this. Help?

Having trouble installing the game. Here is what happens:
1. I mount the image via daemon tools and the autorun works ok.
2.Once it loads the screen I get 5 options. optioan 1 and 3 are greyed out so i think 2 is what i’m supposed to click, which I do.
3.I get the Install wizard thing and it’s unreadable basically it says [ 1155:??????(bunch of weird signs like function sign in advanced math).msi ??????]

If the characters didn’t come up as Japanese you probably need to change the system language. There’s a FAQ here on how to do that. Setting the language as Japanese will allow the game to install all the filenames properly so they can be accessed during the game. Were you to try installing without Japanese language set up you would encounter errors during playing if not installing the game.
You need to change locale to japanese, not region – those are two separate things, even if they are next to each other. Refer to “FAQ” section for instructions.
I have a question about a mission from chapter 8. I need to deal the finishing blow with wil to a monster while wearing “crimson seal” hammer in order to capture it(finish the mission) but I’ve already equipped “soul maul” which can not be removed once you equip it. Am I unable to complete the mission then? Isn’t it necessary to complete all misions to advance to the next chapter?
Most “dark” weapons are cursed, meaning you can’t remove them once equiped. Visit a church and pay 500S to get your character uncursed.
I installed it using the Jap locale instead of the Applocale and it all went fine. Still, due to some weird issues, my PC gets a Blue Screen of Death if it spends more than 1 hour in any locale different from the default english(It has always been like that). So, is there any way to play it using Appslocale or any or any other way that doesn’t include having to change the locale? Because if I use appslocale I get a CTD error that says like this:
