Traveling to a remote village in the woods, Maddie and Tara have low expectations. The two run a popular online show focusing on the supernatural, but thus far it’s been nothing but smoke and mirrors. When they receive an invitation to the antiquated village of Eysenfeld, they’re expecting more of the same. But it soon becomes apparent that the locals are hiding a secret. Maddie sees unnatural beasts in the forest that she’s sure are products of her imagination. Lights in the woods flicker and sparkle but disappear if she gets too close.
In time she learns that the lights come from a girl named Abigail. Well, the ghost of a girl. She was sacrificed hundreds of years ago by the villagers to appease the god of the forest. Maddie devotes her time in Eysenfeld to getting to know Abigail, and eventually promises to break the curse that binds her to the woods.

Excuse me but the game is unplayable past Chapter 4 because of the glitch with Abigail’s story! This must be fixed! @admin
Just disable Transitions in the Options menu for the duration of Abigail telling her story, you can enable them back afterward.
The game keeps crashing at one point in the game. Does it happen to anybody else?
Yes, at chapter 4 when Abigail is telling a story. There is a patch that fix it but i dont know how to get it
I thought it was a pretty good read enough for me to play through it all in one sitting to say the very least. My only complaint is that you need to get a “bad ending” before you can get the good one unless I did something wrong on my first playthrough which is possible but that is a warning for everyone else who decides to give it a try, now if you’ll excuse me I’m passing out.

I too am waiting for that game. Really enjoyed the main game with the characters quirkiness.
9/10 for me. I’ve played plenty of visual novels, but rarely have I been hooked into one like this. My only complaint is that the translation is a little wonky in areas. Other than that, absolutely beautiful. Kept me in suspense in the right times too!

never heard of this studio before playing the game, my first impression is the music is very well done, sets the tone and the mood very early on, i like how the characters move during conversations keeps things fluid, so far so good. thanks admin
