Originally I thought it was whenever I hit a certain amount of HP (just a little past half way), but I was able to bring her down to just a little bit before it errored again. Can anyone help me with this?

I had the same problem, just keep on trying and saving while fighting and you should be able to pass the fight after a few tries.

I got it to work. I loaded my save from part 1 to part 2 but I think i'm like you. When it directs to the Noah region, it crashes
