Found the problem first copy the patch files in the game directory and lunch English patch install whait till it finiches and it working!
so here's a step by step process of what to do
(NOTE: i dont know if its the same for here)
---You have to have Applocale to play---
after extracting the data from parts 1-4, extract the patch into the folder "犯され勇者～凛々しく世界を救うハズだったボク・・・～" created from extraction
after, change the folder's name from "犯され勇者～凛々しく世界を救うハズだったボク・・・～" to "Violated Hero"
then click on "English patch install" in "Violated Hero"
it should work, & it should be downloading
it will take a while
after, delete "data.xp3.backup" in "Violated Hero"
then open the game with applocale
it should be working

Easiest way to plow through the game is to powerlevel off bosses on the first floor. Just kill three of them, go suicide so you restart the floor, then repeat. Once your stats are capped move on to the next floor.
Routes are:
Beat boss without having defeated the 4 non-monster heroines.
Beat boss having defeated the 4 non-monster heroines
Lose to boss.
If you're missing a monster, it might be one of the four (4) on the first floor. D:
Somehow the map has totally gotten out of sync! What the map is showing is NOT what the screen is showing! And because there are no landmarks of any kind in the game I'm completely lost.
Is there a site with maps or something so maybe I can stumble my way out?
Best bet is to just run around looking for a dead-end you haven't been to. That or suicide and restart the floor.
It turns out that all the images to this game are just loose in the data/image folder, so you can get a look at the full maps in the minimap folder.
So I guess there isn't a good ending to this game?
Like Chronos said, there is a lone "GOOD END" image in the backgrounds folder. There are also various images of all the girls giving a HJ in one folder as well. This never happened in the game to me.
I've beaten the game with all of the "humans" defeated and also with some of them alive. I've also intentionally lost the game. I don't think it's possible to beat the game without defeating at least one of the humans, but if it were I bet that's how you get the other ending.
the dungeon-crawling gameplay isn't quite that good, especially how the control arrows change with the direction we are facing, and the battle doesn't help either, with how the enemy doesn't have any art, only shade of them. The stats management isn't that good either, and how you only have 5 potion, which when you consume it all, the only option is to wait for the impending death...
the story doesn't have anything special on it, just a simple 'you lose, you got raped' thing, and only has 2 ending, which come from wether you lost or win against the dragon, and then again, even the H-script doesn't get written that well, and therefore, even the Cg is good enough, it's not that arousing.
hate to say this, but overall, this game pale in comparison against Monmusu Quest, which even the worst cg still have a hard-on-inducing-h-script...
but at least, all character got voiced here, unlike monmusu, which only alice and four heavenly knight who got voiced. btw, the slime girl's voice somehow reminded me of Elvatie's voice...

3. Defeat Dragona with Relia. To get Relia to join you, defeat the angel, elf, and any two of the other women on the lower floor

If you expect a fun plot like in MGQ, dont download it. You'll just be disappointed.
Tried a couple of browsers and same deal.
Most games need Daemon Tools, but for this its really simple, all you have to do is change ur language for non unicode programs to japanese.
just hit start, type region
go to the "region and language" thing that appeared
go to the "administrative" tab on the top
the second box is "Language for Non-unicode programs", change this to japanese.
thats ALL you have to do. its vastly more simple than using applocale.
to install the patch extract it to the folder that has the game files and click "Install patch".
As for those who have problem playing, You really should read FAQ before trying to download.

There are a bunch of other unused images in the game as well. There's a few "you lose" and "you win" images that are never used. In addition there are two silouettes of men in the fgimage folder.
I *think* these extra images are to another game that was included on the disc. There's some cg of cammy and chunli in there as well!!?? There is also a picture of their outlines in front of the same stadium that the "You Win" cg uses for a background, so my guess is all the extra stuff is from that bonus game.
I've had other visual novels do this but I was able to fix it so it would stretch full screen, but for this I have to change my resolution to 1366x768 or lower to fix it.
Not really a big deal, just wondering.

1. Copy all files in the archive into your Violated Hero directory.
2. Run the English patch install.bat batch file and wait for it to finish. If you're using a weird operating system, you might not have xcopy and will have to manually copy the files from the English/ directory. You should be fine on XP/Vista/7 though.

Not sure if all the requirements are needed but replicate what i did.
1.Get all CGs
2.There should be 3 endings(lose the final fight, win the final fight, win the final fight)
3.Bonus is in the menu.
There was two win the final fight. Both cases the character was max stats. This is easy to do Just beat 3 mini bosses and surrender on the forth. Each win gets 40% stat boost opposed to 5% per monster. Rinse and repeat until max all.
1. beat all monsters + angel without dying once.
2.beat all warriors + random monsters to hit events, might have died once in the second stage.
As for this VN, it's good for a short one. It's not lacking in sexy at all, but it definitely lives up to its name.
It was easy enough to install, I put it on my old Windows XP OS laptop to play it. The instructions text document that come with it was simple, to the point, and easy.
If you liked seeing all the 'bad ends' in the MGQ games, you'll like this, somewhat at least.

As for your comment on a genuine bad ending where everyone dies, those rarely happen in eroge that have been translated and when they do the possibility of such a thing is alluded to in the game's summary or prologue.

Btw, you don't defeat women, you defeat the most human-looking monsters for that one end. With one exception there aren't any women in the game. All but one are evil anyway.

I've done the easy installation and I tried the manual one, however the kiririki or whatever file does work for me. I repeatedly extracted the files and attempted different things and I also changed my computer's location to Japan. Nothing worked.
I've tried playing without and with the english patch.
Etc.
Any idea on what I'm supposed to do?

So, here's what I did.
First, before downloading the game I changed my computer's locale to Japanese and location just in case (not language, thank god that confusion is over), which can be done in the control panel (obviously).
Next, I... downloaded all the game's parts then extracted once all the parts were downloaded with winRAR.
I then downloaded the English patch and brought out the stuff inside the English patch folders and put them in with the ViolatedHero archive. The patch didn't work for shit.
I tried the kiririki thing and that didn't work for shit either. It didn't even open.
I finally realized that all I had to do was separate the English patch stuff again, then open up the ViolatedHero archive.
After they were both opened, I read what folders the English patch had and the contents.
In the English patch, you're given all the updated contents for the image folder and the scenario folder and a few updated contents from the system folder.
The image folder contains a folder called \battle\ and a folder called \config\, so I went into the ViolatedHero -> data folder of ViolatedHero and dragged these two folders (battle and config), but not the entire updated image folder, into the existing image folder. It then asked me if I wanted to replace the existing battle and config folders, and I said move and replace to all.
Now you have an empty image folder from the English patch.
The next folder from the English patch is the scenario folder.
After looking in the contents, I saw that the files were the same as the folder from ViolatedHero -> data -> scenario.
Seeing as everything inside them was the same, I simply dragged the scenario folder over the existing (important) ->DATA data -> system and carefully dragged the three files inside the system folder into it, replacing each of the three, but no more. Make sure you don't replace the entire system folder and that you only replace the three files \historylayer.tjs\, \mainwindow.tjs\, and \messagelayer.tjs\.
After manually replacing all of these files, you should be able to run the game in English if you still have your computer on Japanese locale.
For those of you who read and understood this poorly explained tutorial and managed to get the game to work with it, you're welcome. :)

2. Unrar dat shit
3. Unrar dat patch
4. Go to control panel
5. Go to Region
6. In Administrative, go to locale
7. Change locale to Japanese (also the location just in case)
8. Restart the computer (if needed/prompted to do so)
9. Go to dat folder
10. Run dat application (the game, for any dumbass out there that doesn't get it).
11. Enjoy dat shit

Rating: 7/10 [would have liked it more if it had a little story going, also the protagonist is such a weakling, even when he's super leveled up on skills, he still gets man handled by females no matter what lmao. Would be nice if you were given choices on what he can do]

So I guess you can only fight her solo after finding the stairs on the first floor, then you can only fight her with Relia after finding the stairs on the second floor. So you can pick the ending through picking a floor and killing 2-3 bosses repeatedly and dying over and over again.
Please check the download files.
Literally, in the "you lose to the final boss" ending, you get raped and kept as a toy. In the "defeated the boss alone" ending, you die beccause the boss was not really dead and rapes you to death. And in the "defeated the boss with a partner" ending, you are kept as a slave (not only sexual) of your partner.
I'm not against the sexual endings, but the main character is supposed to win at least in 1 of them.

how do i patch this game?
i want to play it in english
type in 'Region'
Click administrative
Select the region as Japanese (Japan)
Restart PC
Install the game regularly
Install patch and run the .bat file named englishpatch (or something similar to that)
Try launching the game, if that doesnt work, there are other comments on here with other solutions
(Note: When you change to japanese you can still enable english text on windows, just near your sound icon in the tasktray, theres either text saying ENG or JAP, If its ENG your fine, if its JAP set it to ENG)

cmd will open and scan
but first, choose file data you place violated hero (press C/D/E/F WTF)
Open again English patch install

Install the game (follow readme instruction), after if you have a Syntax error on Windonws 10 :
- Write region in your windows search and enter
- After select administrative and modify language to unicode program, select japan.
PLAY GAME !!
Looking at the files I ended up with I copied everything in the english folder and pasted it into the data folder of the game and that seems to fixed it so that the text is in english now.
Open the game EXE, and before the window shows up (there's 1-2 seconds of time window) right click on the game EXE icon.
This works but the Chinese guy who found it out couldn't tell why. I guess luck is blessed on the gamer that keeps trying.
