Can't say what else in particular you "need" to know from Aselia though, since I'm pretty sure this game takes place in a different world than the first game. I guess there's the obvious benefits of being acquainted on the truth about Eternity Swords, their wielders and who the main "good guys" and "bad guys" were in that game.

but i found some tips for getting heroine. it's pretty much almost same as eien no aselia.
You get affection points for the girls if:
You choose their option in ADV mode (+1)
They get the MVP while they're in Nozomu's party (+1)
They fight the Boss while in Nozomu's party (+1)
You choose a girl in the Izumo shrine sub-path (+2)
Narukana-sama's path is only available on the second playthrough. If you choose to hold her hand, then you will be able to get her route, and her route alone. It's pretty much a guaranteed thing.
If someone know other 'hidden' path like narukana route please tell us.
You just need to get you choosen heroine stay in your party and kill while it's on your party. Keep rotating everyone beside your choosen heroine in your party so other heroine didn't get many affection point. If you that all the way even if you screw few of your choice you still get minimum required affection for your choosen heroine.
I only use walkthrough to get 100% CG and know the 'hidden' path. Like the previous game, eien no aselia, have a few secret path like : saving kyoko, heroine that you can get in second new game, how to get harem ending, etc etc. That's why people keep searching walkthrough for this game.

It takes me 17 hours to finish the download, but the download link always gets interrupted or cut around 50-90% its totally random, it happend in nearly every downloard part.
I tried other downloads from other services, or even direct download not from DA, a 200mb file takes me around 20 mins.
Theres definitely something going wrong with DA host server.
Do you still need to do the fights all over again after you have completed a route? I'm so bored of them.

This game is so good that I ended up purchasing a copy from Jast.
Your other alternative is to have a character with very high magic resist and a good defense skill be an all-rounder and try to burst the boss down. White units work well for this (and a [u]certain blue unit[/u] you get later in the game is an absolutely broken character in all-rounder mode-unnamed due to spoilers for anyone who played Aselia).
You generally won't be able to absorb all the hits on one defending character, so you have to rotate, and dps the boss down before he kills your party. I usually start with Inspire I for the support slot skill at the beginning of the fight to up damage. The Lightning and other boss skills also use mana, so you can tell when they are about to cast it by the mana bars they have.
The boss fights are pretty similar to Eien no Aselia. You just do more in party switching of skills and slots more. There would be fights in the first game that you had to use 3 different groups of heroes to take down the boss, because the aoe damage was so high you didn't have time to heal, just keep rotating through your parties until they burn out and or kill the enemy. Usually dragons.
Bottom line is, im confused.

Tied into what I can only assume is a two item at a time download limit. I've been trying to download this game for 3 days and still haven't gotten through it all yet.

Considering it cost less than 10 dollars, compared to a single visual novel costing 30-80 dollars, I would say that it was more than worth it. (Even if I've only read through one so far)!

Hope JAST will now revisit Aselia and its H-Content as they promised on Steam after finishing Seinarukana now.

I think the best game to mention where this \removing of h-content\ and censoring kind of crippled it, is \If my Heart had wings\. I played both versions, first the one with removed content and after that the one with restored Content. And at least for that game I can say, that the full and uncut version was way better than the one with removed content.
That surely may not apply to all games, but that is for everyone to decide for themself. If I only would like to see H-Scenes I just could download every dumb Nukige here on this site to satisfact that urge.
There is one huge reason none of the fantranslators and not even JAST wanted to touch the Uncut version of Aselia though. It has plenty of loli (off the top of my head there's a rape scene featuring Kotori, a scene with the hero's sister and of course, there's Orpha's route... and all the minor spirits get their scenes so even the underage ones get their turn). The original english translation of Aselia was fanmade and said translator loudly and clearly said he chose the PS2 version because he wasn't going to touch loli material. JAST merely took the existing translation, edited it and then released it. Sure, they have become more daring in the years after that, but I still doubt they'd risk releasing a product with so much "underage" material just to please a few people.
Also, the Evil Route was poorly done honestly. It had potential but you can literally get the same storyline from that route in any nukige in existence.

I've failed at Drav for like 2 hours, I'm either terrible or just not doing it right. Would it be possible to get any kind of tips to what I should be doing differently? I've so far tried every character I had possible..
Im playing right now the First Mission, where you met for the first time Katima, and they told me to retake Azuleir. So far so good.
But the point is, THE SUPPORTER OF THAT BASE( the eyeless unit ) KEEPS DESTROYING ME!!!
She summons some rain of fire and she destroys me( my party take about 500-600 damage per attack !!!! ).
According to the game´s manual, BLUE banish RED. But when I put Satsuki at the supporter´s role to banish this eyeless red unit attack, I continue to receive the rain of fire!
Can someone tell me how can I pass through this simple yet deadly mission?
And most important, how can I upgrade my skill´s level? Because I´ve discovered that you can \reinforce\ your units at your captured strongholds, but only your attack, defense, magic resistance and your character level... But not your skills level!!
And I think that´s the problem, because Satsuki Ice Banish right now affects \Target Skill Level 3\, and the red unit stationed at Azuleir says \Skill Level 4\.
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance. This answer could help other players because there´s no walkthrough out there.
Is it bad that I find these girls so goddamn annoying that I'm trying for a Zetsu route?
His fucking skills are insane!! Someone wrote here some tips to defeat him, but for example they mentioned some skills that I dont know them, like aura shield 2 for example.
Please, he´s almost invincible with his 6900 hp and his crazy-like skills!
Also try to get ss or s rank because they give better relic as reward (i.e. better skill)
i think Aura Shield 2 reward from SS rank (or S rank i think) on the first mission of chapter 3.
a bit of cheat tips, you can use cheat engine to change the bound mana value and the IT value to make more easy for ss rank

To have the chance to get into Narukana's route, you have to beat the game once (I think any route will do, I did Satsuki's first) and in the subsequent playthroughs, in the scene where she first appears (not counting flashbacks), a new choice selection will pop up. If you pick the right one, you'll be LOCKED into her route no matter what you've done before that point (or so I've heard).
1. Choosing options that will make you spend time with her in the VN sections. If you don't have the girl you want in your party yet, try to mix things up until then (this point is actually not THAT critical anyway).
2. Use Nozomu and the chosen girl together in battle. Again, if you don't have the girl yet, better to use Nozomu either as an All-Rounder or together with characters that don't have a route, like Thalia.
3. Defeat the "heart" units with Nozomu and the chosen girl.
4. Getting the girl to be the MVP while in Nozomu's squad.
Don't know if I'm missing anything, but yeah, since Ruputna and Naya are the ones that join later, you should be more careful about how you play until you get them.
The gameplay sections sure make doing all routes troublesome, I also dread the Chapter 5 missions the most (the ones with Subaru and Shou), you can either keep playing on normal to make it easier, or try the harder modes to make it more interesting, but keep in mind that your characters will keep the level and skills from the previous playthrough, and you'll carry over your mana as well, so try to be ready.
One way or another, I'll get through them all.

tldr - Your party should be Nozomu, Nozomi, and Satsuki instead of ozomi, Satsuki, and Thalia. Hope my advice could help you beat Drav easily once again.
If you missed it, I suggest you restart for it and prioritize Banish skill for Satsuki and Thalia
I used the team, Thalia, Nozomu and Ruputana.
Played with defensive style.
Thalia should have Ice banish 2 and Ruputana should have icicle arrow.
First put Thalia as attacker, Nozomu as defender and Ruputana as supporter. Ruputana will cast icicle arrow first turn.
Then switch to Thalia with ice banish 2 to supporter and Ruputana with cloud tranfix iirc as attacker.
Thalia will banish gravitons and Ruputana icicle arrow will banish Hydra when he used it.
1)Nozomi, Ruputna, and nozomu ( where Ruputna as a support skill: icicle arrow 1 it was enough to stop hydra and some time gravity) nozomu attacker and nozomi with 700 defense skill.
I reduced his life around 2,700. with the first team at the end of this he defeated two out of three characters around turn 20 where the game allowed to switch to a second team, with the second team i finished him off.
2)Katima and sorluska, switching between attack and defense. Jatzieta as a support.
all of them were level 10, except nozomi level 9.
Team 1: Jatz (red), Nozomu (white), Thalia (blue)
Team 2: Naya (red), Salles (green), Nozomi (green)
Attacker and Defender are there to switch each other place; since red can defend against Berbalzerd's Force, and green/white can defend against material attack. I always spec Thalia with highest banish skill. With her permanently in support position, the boss will never be able to cast any skill at all (assuming you have the highest banish skill available). Team 2 doesn't have a blue unit so they can't banish any skill, but spec whichever green in support for Group heal and you should be able to brute force it.
Ganhur, are you sure that ice banish 2 is got from an item droped within chapter 4, or I am forced to start a new game and look for it again?
If you don't think you can enjoy starting over again, use cheat engine on the boss HP and prepare to face him again in later chapter or any red/green enemy with banish able skills.

2. Nozomi
3. Ruputna
4. Katima
5. Naya
6. Narukana
The events with Nozomi in chapter 6 and Satsuki in Chapter 8 do NOT decide if you are on their route, and are actually part of the story.
Also note that during the first trip into town in the alternate world, Nozomu will go to town with the girl with the highest affection aside from Satsuki and Nozomi and there will be a short event. THIS EVENT also does NOT decide that you are on that girl's route, it just tells you who is where on the affection ladder, Priority is as follows:
1. Ruputna
2. Katima
3. Naya
If you are however going for these girls, and you get their event, then its a good sign, however if you are going for Satsuki or Nozomi, it doesn't mean its panic time, your Satsuki or Nozomi may still be on top, just that you'll get to know who is rank 2 or 3 at that point.
Why bother you ask?
Simple, this means its your LAST chance if you decide you don't want to go Satsuki's or Nozomi's route, all you have to do is have Nozomu pair with the desired girl and take the longer route in the 1st Izumo battle, which is loaded with Heart battles. Make sure you get the MVp for her and you're set.
This of course, applies if your Nozomi and or Satsuki hasn't been intensely raking up affection points like crazy (every boss fight, mvp, every heart battle from Chapter 1-7, choices directed 100% to them only etc). If that's the case, you're screwed. xD
The after you survived 20 turns, send in the next party with your highest dps team build to finish him off.
I'm at chapter 8, when you have to march through izumo.
I really like the story, and while i like strategy games, this is starting to be repetitive and a pain in the ass, i'm getting tired of doing always the same "mowing down everything in sight" thing, so i was wondering, how much chapters are there? How much of this gameplay part do i have to further endure until i can see a conclusion to the story?

I read somewhere in the comments that you can get to her route after the first playthrough and there is a new choice will appear, is that correct before I start my second playthrough.
make sure you pick multiple girl to separate affection point and end up 'watching star on the roof alone' instead of 'private talking with some girl in classroom'.
that would make you remain neutral
