For those trying to get this game to work.
1. Unzip RunawayCity and note the location, preferable to C:
2. Download DosBox and install
3. Open DosBox options, Start>DOSBox>Options>DOSBox options or find “DOSBox 0.74 Options.bat”
4. Scroll the the very bottom, start a new line AFTER “# You can put your MOUNT lines here.” and copy these lines
mount c c:\runawaycity
C:
runaway.bat
Change “c:\runawaycity” to the location you unzipped the game folder if you didn’t put it in the C: drive
5. Run DOSBox and it should start and launch Runaway City
6. When you quit the game simply type ” exit ” to close DOSBox
So will I need to install a virtual Win95 to get the working? Or is there an easier method to play this game? Help would be super appreciated.

Windows 7 is absolutely horrid for downloadable games.Here’s kiyos reccomendation: get Windows XP
