I know ppl are probably tired of hearing this but are there other games that are similar to Huniepop?
Almost none of those games get English dub – it’s simply too expensive to make one, and fans prefer Japanese voices anyway.
Huniepop is an exception, since that game was made in USA in first place.
Hey, just a note to anyone curious, it should be noted that Downhill Night 2 has full voice acting (unlike the original) with the exception of the protagonist.
All the lines are voiced, but there are a few occasions where one set is dead because it’s merged with another dialogue box. If you think that there’s a voice line missing, it’s probably tacked onto the next text box, so you’ll hear all of it. However, there are a couple occasions where two blocks of dialogue are said, and the next block will be completely silent. Just use the “rollback” function if you want to hear it again.

I don’t mind these games though i think i would enjoy it if you had more interaction with the racing aspect instead just making a quick choice, im not saying it needs as much effort as the rpg vn’s have but maybe a little something more would hold my interest, but they might be cause i was never fussed over cars anyways xD But yeah the new release is on J-list pre-orders so its released soon, and in all, its not so expensive.
Don’t suppose anyone knows when the final installment of this series (Moero Downhill Night Blaze)will be released? I know it was pushed back, but i don’t know the new date.

Im srry for all the responses but the files just dont seem to work, iv downloaded and redownloaded them multiple times but it keeps saying, when i try to unzipp it, it says the file has been corrupted during transfer.
Make sure the files you downloaded has the correct file size, most of them are 190mb while part 10 is 185mb…
If some of them aren’t same file size as the original it means that when you downloaded them some kind of slight net interruption occur during your download thus making the files you downloaded corrupt.
Use a download manager (IDM) if you’re still having problem with your download…

Hey Im replying on here about Downhill Night, becuase the “leave reply” portion of that page is down or something but anyways im having trouble downloading the fourth file, it gets to 20% and then stops corrupting the rest of the files i have downloaded, any ideas?
About that option wait outside, you don’t have pick that if you want to complete the cg, because if you lose to genbu, same cg will pop up, but it doesn’t happen like the first one, just imagination of our hero…
But who would guess that kind of thing would happen if you wait outside??

do I need a Japanese DirectX-Version? Get an japanese error, starting d3d under XP.
No – this is official english release, not fan translation, so if should work properly on english OS.
Try to update your directX and graphic drivers to newest ones – this game ran without problem for me.
