You can download from hotfile then. I can's just hotlink it from main page, since game is rather big and judging from amount of visits I'd use monthly bandwidth in one day.

Try to run setup as administrator, if it won't help then maybe it's some problem with multi-threaded installer - try to run it disabling all cpu cores, but one.
If this won't help then you can try disabling your antivirus, or maybe opposite - maybe some virus is corrupting installation files.
If all of this won't help then i have no idea - as I said - installation runs without problems for everyone i know.

I played till the end of chapter 3 (Chihiro/Renji), but now the game always crashes at the same point.
The scene where Yuuko meets Miki. Last i can read is "However, this was certainly the beginning". After this the game simply shuts down. :-(

btw, u should write some more information about the games like how long is it, what do u have to do, is the story fix like in this one or u can choose the character u like. (i like the 2nd more >.>)

Whenever the choices come up on screen they are displayed in symbols. All the other ingame text displays correctly so I'm at a lose here. Can anyone help me please?

Help! I installed the game fine. But it keeps crashing when I start it. Windows XP. GMT +9 enabled. Jap language set. Anything else I should do?

Recently installed this with no problems. But I when I started playing it again the next day I skipped a part and then there was no sound. So I thought maybe if I uninstalled and reinstalled it would work fine but it hasn't worked.

I discovered the reason many of you are having issues after you get the game installed at various points in the game.

This game requires you to install a x264 codec on your system. Oddly enough the codec isn't used for all media. It doesn't kick in to around chapter 3 where the first video is played. Also some of the background music (but NOT all) appears to be x264 compressed.

Also if you have any codec packs installed that might fudge it up as well. The "shark codec settings manager" helped me get things going.

1: if i downloaded from the hotfile downloads will it make me get anymore RAR files after i have completed downloading them all? i have troubles with that alot.
2: will it work for anytype of windows? sometimes i cant use things because i have windows 7

I have download the 6 pack from hotfiles (no survey for my country ) and when I extract them I get the same error:

That error is caused by NNL's "auto-update" feature - this is fan translation, but recently people responsible for it came to agreement with game producer and ef will recieve official english version - as a result NNL removed auto-update scripts from their server. You can ignore it, since it doesn't affect gameplay, or you can install the game again, but this time uncheck "auto-update" box during installation.

I have completed the download and the installment. It all works fine. Except, when I already played it no words coming. Only their voices. Can you please help me here?

its strange, the survey link takes me to a facebook customization page, but no actual survey. If you expect me to download something off some page though, you are sadly mistaken, as I will use the hotfile links rather than risking my pc's safety

I can't get the BGM to work no matter what i try. I know someone was talking about x264 earlier but i didn't quite get what they meant.
