Remember 11: The Age of Infinity

Snowy Mountain Arc
Fuyukawa Kokoro, a third-year sociology major, boards a plane for Hokkaido to meet a study subject in the Specified Psychiatric Hospital for Isolation and Aegis, or SPHIA. For unknown reasons, her plane crashes into a mountain in the middle of a snowstorm. Out of the 31 passengers, only she, Yuni Kusuda, Seiji Yomogi, and Lin Mayuzumi are able to survive unharmed. Unable to establish communication with the outside world due to the fierce snowstorm, the four decide to take shelter in an abandoned cottage and wait until the storm passes.
As if the trauma, freezing temperature and hunger weren’t enough to endure, the survivors must deal with something even more frustrating. A newspaper is found in the cottage dated July 4, 2011 (which is the future to the survivors). The paper claims that the remaining survivors of the crash, except for Yuni, will die in an avalanche in seven days.

SPHIA Arc
Satoru Yukidoh, a graduate student in the field of quantum physics, falls off of the SPHIA clock tower for an unknown reason. He later awakens with some memory loss and the realization that someone is out to kill him. Unable to leave the SPHIA facility due to a snowstorm, Satoru’s only chance at living is to find that person among the three other residents (or perhaps the hidden culprit) of SPHIA.
Both Kokoro and Satoru soon realize that, their “consciousness” experience a kind of exchange which allows Kokoro’s mind takes control of Satoru’s body in SPHIA and Satoru’s mind takes control of Cocoro’s body in the cottage/emergency shelter in the mountains.
However, a boy named Yuni Kusuda appears at both locations. How is this possible?

Another great serie from KID.
I've waited for it to be translated for a long time.
But from what I known , Isn't the patch's still in process ?
Is this patch completed yet ?

Hope that "Never7 - the end of infinity"
& "12Riven - the Ψcliminal of integral"
will be translated too.

And if U don't know, U can get "EVER 17 - The out of infinity" from this web too.

KID's VN are one of the best VN, I've played.

This patch translates entire game, it's rated as release candidate, so there might be some rough/unedited spots, but it's completely playable.

Are you starting the game with R11-English.exe ? After patching the game you have two game .exe's - one for japanese version and one for english.

i found the solution, after it has a patching error, you have to copy mac.afs to the folder [FILE] inside of the main remember 11 folder.

old comment, i know, i'm hoping you're still around. I'm getting what I assume is the same patching error, but i made sure all the .asf files (including mac.asf and mac-en.asf) are in the file folder.

The problem is, when I start up the regular game (in japanese) it works fine, but when i try to run R11-English.exe to start up the english version, I get a "please insert DVD" message. I have the Remember11.mds mounted, do I need to change that?

I am having the same problem too. I'm quite frusterated since I installed and mounted everything. Notjing appears to be missing.

Administrater, please help us out. What do we do to make the patch recognize that we inserted the cd?

I've done what's suggested here, but I'm still having the same problem. The game will run fine if I launch it with the Japanese .exe but it asks for a CD when I try to launch with the English .exe

So, any help would be appreciated.

try restarting explorer.exe and other background programs

sometimes, they lag and suck and die, which leads to ur computer being a laggy bitch when a program that requires somewhat graphic intensiveness to run

unless you have a fast computer, it will take a second or two to start up btw. Also, during movies, it will lag for sure if you alt-tab XD

after you unlock the 2nd chapter, you're back on the title page right? Click, "start" and "new game"

then you'll get two choices: to play in kokoro's POV and another in Satoru's.

I really think this game needed another chapter.. (maybe like yuni's) to give the story more of a closure... but i liked it nevertheless.

KID is a master at giving people the ultimate mind fuck imo. great VN.

Omg.. from the same makers as Ever17... I am truly a great fan of that game. No other eroge/visual novel ever managed to make my eyes tear or made me so compassionate about the characters in such a game. It was pure coincidence I noticed this game, otherwise I wouldn't even know it existed! I hope this game will be just as good... Thanks a lot!!

I liked the story more than ever17s story, but i still think ever is better. But after reading it all I dont understand what is confusing at all (it was before reading it all)... as for the ending i dont think its as open as u say it is, but maybe its just me n im overthinking it.

I've installed the english translation and ran the game but the options are still in japanese. The words are in english but they have these square blocks between the words, which isn't really a problem but when I got to the first choice, I couldn't tell what they say...

Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with my comp, patch, etc?

Any way I could fixed this? BTW this site is awesome :)

I have a weird problem with the game, when I press something at start screen, the menu scrolls up like wild, it just doesnt stop, even if I start the game the messages just keep skipping, like if some button was pressed, but I'm not pressing anything!

What is this? anyone have any idea?

Check the game's settings if you can, and make sure 'Auto' is not on (may have a different name, I don't have it installed now).

Wow, thanks for the upload! But I just can't seem to get Part 3 to download. Every time I click the download link it times out...and I've tried at least 15 times, on different days. Do you think you could reupload that part somewhere else (like megaupload or mediafire)? Or am I the only one with this problem?

It's kind of confusing at first but then again, eventhough I completed the game, I still am confused. There are some parts that "Satoru" skipped some scenes in the video tape checking :)).

No clear ending in this one. Since all of KID's game have a connection, you might have noticed that there are resemblance in terms like cloning which was used in Ever17.

You can only guess what happens or play 12Riven, which is not fully translated, and see if there are terms regarding the incident happening in Remember11

Just wondering if anyone knows about this...

To get the Incident At SPHIA End (Day 3)

it says............Walk away from the building (Day 3)
....................Go forward (Day 3)

However, when I made it to day 3, neither choices were there.

Do I have to get some other ending to get the choices or am I missing something here?

(I haven't gotten Kokoro's good ending yet..if that matters.)

Uhm, you need to get Kokoro's Good Ending first before you can have those choices. If you did have it, then maybe there was something wrong with the choices you have made in Satoru's route, well you might even find out that he's not who you think he is :)

Having installed the Japanese version of the game, when I try to run the patch I get an error message :"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." If I run the game in Japanese it seems to work fine so I assume the problem is something other than corrupted files?

Did you run the "R11_Patch.exe"? If you did then find the game folder/directory, then look for the "R11-English.exe" or something like that. cause that's the english one, not the "R11.exe".

I did run the english patch.exe. Now that I tried it again I still get the insert dvd message and the japanese patch seems to open fine. Unless there's something I'm missing, I don't know how to fix this.

Thank you. The other patch works. But now I'd like to know, how do you exit the game in fullscreen mode? What I mean is, how do you switch from fullscreen to window? In fullscreen mode I can't seem to exit the game and revert back to window mode.

Having played this game, I actually think that there are a lot of questions unanswered, well at least for those who were closely paying their attention to the storyline...

Well, that's KID for you. Hopefully, the next series will answer those questions...

A lot of these plot were occurring at the same time when something happened in Ever17, so maybe all their games are connected ? xD
