I believe Imouto Paradise 2 stars the first game's children with his sisters. So the MC and his sisters in the second game are some kind of incestuous sibling-cousins.

Actually, you are quite correct. All sisters are half siblings and daughters of the original protagonist and his five sisters. The protagonist this time is the son of the original one and Aya, making Aya the only one with two kids (one son and one daughter). Also, that would also make Keiichi and Momoka the only 100% siblings in this story. The rest are a mix of sister/cousin. Also this means that the first game's canon ending is a Harem end.

There's a third game being released next year but it's still unknown if the new cast are just another Harem End family (this time Keiichi's) or just a related family branch. The japanese website kind of makes it seems like they are not the third generation of the family though.
