Kaoru Sakurazuka is a normal Japanese young man, not unique in the least except for his oddly feminine facial features, which drive him crazy. His name doesn’t thrill him either – Kaoru is a common name for both girls and boys. He tries to make up for looking like a girl by wearing an extra coating of male bravado wherever he goes. He enjoys his time at school with his friends Touya and Renji.
Lately, Kaoru has been feeling under the weather, and getting dizzy spells. He goes to the school nurse – who’s also famous for inventing new concoctions in the name of science – and accidentally drinks a vial marked “experimental medicine.” Bad move, Kaoru-kun! The next day, Kaoru is shocked to wake up to find that he’s been transformed into a girl! While he desperately tries to find a way to return to normal, he’s forced to spend his days in his new female body.
Kaoru is surprised at the changes in his environment now that he’s a girl. Everywhere he goes, he’s the center of attention, and it seems that everyone is taking an interest in him now. What’s more, Kaoru’s body has an amazing secret that he has yet to discover. What strange adventures are in store for Kaoru in his new body?

I'm planning to add partial translations as separate section, but for now i have a really long backlog of things i have to fix with current uploads ( many have complicated setups - i want to simplify this by uploading pre-cracked versions, also i'd like to add walktroughs and HCG sets for all current releases, before moving on to adding new stuff...)

The game provides good background story for the main character and is told very well from Kaoru's perspective. My main complaint is that several characters dont have much depth. A plus side is that you can choose both guys and girls, so if your favorite girl is kaoru your in luck.
The art is good, thought each scene only uses 1 cg for each event, meaning if it says they were kissing, fingering, etc, you wont actually see it in many cases.
Love the voice actor for kaoru, its a very fitting girly tomboy voice. the other voice actors are great too. not many sfx in this game btw.
Great ero scenes in this game, kinky and varied situations both physically and mentally.

But sometimes.. you might really think japanese believe that you won't become pregnant if they do not ejaculate inside, that's stated in quite a few games. Well maybe they just use that for their novels because it's easier to deal with contraception.

@alex, my past experience for this kind of game, sometimes the choices which didnt worked before, it works with only slight difference on previous choice, so dont just take the choice once.

Either Crowd (the original maker) was lazy with their cg work, or the English licensee did not get access to all of the game cg.
While much of the time the translation in this is fairly accurate, there are sometimes where the written English dialog is 100% different than what is actually said. One thing good at least is that the English translation in this keeps honorifics intact. The reversed to western name orders is annoying though.
Also, noticed that the script translation was done in this without listening to the dialog. Sakuya's sword school is Kannagi, not Kaminagi. The Kanji is the same, but the pronunciation is different. There are multiple ways of reading each Kanji, so without listening to the dialog, mistakes (especially on names) are easy to make.
Mostly just a window pops up (I'm in win 7 64bit btw) that says xca.exe has stopped working and it crashes, sometimes it says C++ Runtime Error - an abnormal shutdown has occurred (or something I'm writing from memory) and it crashes. Once I was able to play for a couple hours but it always crashes eventually and after crash, crashes very quickly afterward, resetting my computer seems to make it take longer to crash again.
So basically it's unplayable for me without frequent resets / save scumming. Anyone else had this problem (and fixed it maybe)?

The concept is interesting, as there aren't many transgender/gender bending games available in English...
The execution fails IMO. This is a nukige so obviously there's going to be a lot of sex. It IS the better X-Change installment but ultimately I was disappointed. Just because it is a nukige it doesn't mean that it should be half assed. I don't like what happens to the MC, there are unnecessary scenes (which I won't spoil for you). The plot is also lame as fuck with no substance. Wish the themes had been explored in a different way.
