Love Plus is about 75% translated with partial patches, it's definitely playable as is. Otherwise there is a guide you can follow for extra help.

I believed I posted this already, but maybe I deleted it (or maybe you deleted because I was inconvenient, or something - if that's the case, I'm sorry): there's a complete patch for an otome game called Starry☆Sky~in Spring~ out.

It's graphics are pretty shiny and the patch works pretty well so far.

Since there aren't a lot of Otome games out there, I thought maybe posting a link to that one in particular could be interesting.

It intercepts game text, translates it with computer dictonary and outputs to screen. Generally quality of such translation is awful and i don't recommend playing like that.
