The game takes place at Habataki High School seven years after Tokimeki Girl’s Side 1. There are a total of six new bachelors plus three secret characters.
TMGS 3 implements a totally new system; the Love Triangle. Instead of rival girls liking your man, all six bachelors are paired with another, making it so that you can ‘date’ two of them at a time. TMGS 3 also introduces a revamped clothing system with a few new clothing styles and the ability to ’level up’ your fashion.
The PSP release features dozens of improvements to make your experience even more powerful. Choose how to approach your boyfriend, then watch his expression shift in subtle and fascinating ways as he responds to your actions. You can also hold your PSP vertically (portrait mode) to get an even closer look at your chosen beau’s handsome face. All this, plus new CGs, characters, and events, for the ultimate romantic simulation!

Not trying to start an epic debate here– I think the point holds true xD Since this game ALREADY goes out of its way to provide girl-endings, it'd be nice if they could add romantic context into one (or both) of these routes ;w;
Back onto the topic though, thank you for the upload! Played the DS version in Japanese, so it'll be fun trying out this PSP translated version and seeing how much of the story I correctly interpreted xDD
Ignoring the fact that it IS legal in MY country and plenty of others- it isnt illegal in very many- it certainly isnt in japan- and there are plenty of people (even if its only 20%) who would like that option.
My fun is over, back to my downloads...
Game settings > Rendering Mode > Non-Buffered Rendering.
If that doesn't work, try the other rendering modes. The game may straight out not work if you don't have V0.9.8. It shouldn't matter whether or not you have it set to PSP model 1000 or 2000/3000.
If your computer just completely crashes after blacking out, that's a completely different problem and I unfortunately have no solution for that.
