Life in the medical world can be interesting. Shortly after finally attaining his dream of being a doctor, Shinobu Nakagawa is asked to transfer to St. Michael’s Nursing School as a substitute teacher. Since the person asking him to make the transfer is Kaede Maioka, the first woman he ever fell in love with, how can he say no?

The nursing school is full of young, beautiful nurses-in-training, complete with the cutest nurse outfits. Despite his desire to be a professional, Shinobu knows old feelings can be sparked back up with the hit of the switch… Being not so professional.

can you tell me if the 2nd iso is the real 2nd disk of this game because when i finish installing the game and switch to the 2nd iso and mouth it in the power iso it pop up saying plzz insert the proper disk to run the game

after completely install using disc1 DO NOT unmount it.
created another device, then mount disc2 then you can play.

This game needs 2 disc all insert to play, so if you remove or only using one of disc this game never be work.

I have same problem. I guess are systems are too new. I've wanted this and Target pharamone, but the only way I can get them is if they are pre cracked and I don't know anyone nice enough to do that for me.

I downloaded all four parts and extracted the files. However, the extracted files are only MDS files. Anyone knows why is this happening? please guide me with this because i am not really good at programming.

hmm well all works for me....all you do is extract those following parts. use Daemon tools to mount CD1&2.

but 1st you must mount CD1 then mount CD2 to another virtual drive. always keep in mind that CD1 is unmounted when you
mount CD2. Like the guys suggest before you need to CD to run this game.

You don't need two different virtual drives. That would mean that those who own a hard copy would have to use two physical disk drives at the same time. It's very simple:
1. Mount Disc 1 and install
2. Once it is finished, mount Disc 2 (mid-install, if prompted)
3. When launching in the future, make sure disc 2 is mounted.

I stand (slightly) corrected. With this one, I had to remount the first, followed by the second disc to relaunch the program. Still, it can be launched without use of two virtual drives.

The copy of this game from erogedownload had some problems and here is how you fix them.
Crack:
1.Download I’m Gonna Nurse You 2 from erogedownload
2.Open it and get it's crack
3.Re-name that crack to VKANGUS
4.Install it like another crack

Sound:
1.Right Click the desktop icon for the game
2.Click Properties
3.Click Compatibility Tab
4.Check Run this program in compatibility mode for:
5.Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
6.Click Apply
This only fixes Voices not BGM but who cares about BMG anyways.If that didn't
work try the other compatibility choices some of the others worked for me.

How To Save:
This is a simple fix.
1.Run as administrator

You will get music if you run the game with CD2 mounted. However, the music volume is not adjustable for some reason, so it drowns out the voice acting.

If you want to be able to play the game without having to always mount the CD's there is a way. 1) mount CD1 2) run exe file and install. Dont bother creating a shortcut to desktop or start menu when you install. Since you will use a different start up exe than the original. remember the directory you installed to. 3) unmount CD1 and mount CD2. 4) go to the virtual drive for cd2 and copy the following files:

VKangUS.suf, VKangUST.exe, VKANGUS.cnt, dsetup.dll

then paste said files into the directory that you installed CD1 at. When asked to replace files, look at the files and see which one actually has data. whichever one says 0kb just replace over it.

5)unmount all CD's you should be able to play the game

This method still requires you to take the crack exe from "Im gonna nurse you 2" and paste it into the same directory, and just run that exe for now on

I write this because i don't think the copy of Eroge has any problem.
This is how I installed the game that 100% working properly
(The game works best on Windows XP)

_ Change your system locale into Japanese

_ Have at least DirectX9 installed

_ Install software 'Alcohol 120%'
(You can surf on the internet for the newest version)

_ Install the game by following these steps:
+ Mount 'Cd1.mdf'
+ Mount 'Cd2.mdf' into a another virtual drive
+ Use Cd1 to install the game
Choose the option 'Full Voice'
Choose 'Create desktop shortcut'
Click 'Execute'
Close the setup when done
+ Use the desktop shortcut to launch game
Note:
+ Every time you want to play you have to mount BOTH 2 CDs
+ The CDs must be mounted in the same ORDER as you installed the game
1st: Cd1
2nd: Cd2
+ Run as admin if you can't save game
+ Change the compability if you have any problem with the newers Windows OS

Don't know if anyone still needs that, but here's what i managed to gather from the discussion here as well as from a russian site and personal experimentation.

1) Install the game using disk 1.
2) Use the crack from I'm gonna nurse you 2 , rename it to VKANGUS.EXE and copy it to game I'm gonna nurse you install directory.
3) To make the voices work you'll need to run it in Windows XP compatibility mode ( if you don't know how to do it, look it up, it's easy)
4) To make the music work you'll need to mount disk 2, but also you HAVE TO copy the contents of dick 2 into the game directory ,overwrite when prompted. When you run the game you'll still need disk 2 to be mounted.

That's how i managed to get it to work with both sound and voice. Good luck. I'll come back to see if there are any questions if I don't forget, thou seeing how it's been 2 years since last comment i doubt it. The game's kinda important to me since it was my second ever VN, the first being I'm gonna nurse you 2.
