You click the extract button at the top and type in erogedownload.com for the password. The password is actually under the download links, just for future reference with other games~

I seem to be having a bit of issue getting this to play. This is not my first VN, and I've downloaded and installed about 15 or so... So you would think that this would be a snap for me. But it seems no matter what copy of this game I download (this is the third DIFFERENT one) has the same issue; I install disc one, mount disc 2, and no matter WHAT I use to start it, it tells me to "insert the correct cd-rom and restart" The one crack that I've found, when used, starts up a background process, but otherwise does nothing. I gave up on getting this game about a year ago from the same issue, but now I'm determined to figure this out. Any and all help appreciated.

Btw, sorry for the tl;dr moment.

problem can be that you HAVE to use first CD-drive (or virtual drive) in some point renaming of drive can help, dont know if it is the case cos it is working for me...

Did you mount both disk 1 and 2? If so, I think you should try using Virtual CloneDrive. Once I mounted both disks, it let me play

I'm trying not to say too much and be a spoiler, but you have 3 major endings, one for each of the roommates, 2 minor endings (one for sis and one for the teacher), and one "encounter" with the transfer student, plus 3 endings for when you fail to get the roommate of choice. There is also a special ending for one of the characters that doesn't unlock until you've played the game a few times. Hope this helps.

I am having a bit of trouble, i mounted both discs.
Clicked Heartust.exe and i get a screen with play - help - quit.
click play, it comes up with install selection.
Click OK, select file location then execute.
then it says Fail to copy file.
anyone help me out here?

i have an issue with this... downloaded... extracted... then an issue i have never run into before... the cd files come up as vlc media files(.bin and .cue) i cant mount them. i cant extract them... and i cant select an appropraite application to change them to so that i can mount them....

any suggestions?

Those are dvd-images. Maybe your mounting program doesn't support this type? download deamon tools.

I've the same problem, but, i found a little solution... only need download the file "imaadp32.acm" (you can found it in this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?m45zi2zfjym ) after that, copy the file in the game instalation folder, with that, the game work fine with sound...

Mine works. But you might copy cd2 onto the same directory like the main game, open daemon tools... find cd2, and play. If you want sounds.

Steps to Install.

STEP 1-----After downloading, open Cd1.bin by mounting it to a drive. This can be done by using the program I use, which is called Virtual CloneDrive. It's simple to use, and I'll even include the link at the bottom.

STEP 2-----After Installing the game, don't bother pressing PLAY. It will just tell you to insert the disk. Right now, you should have Cd1.bin mounted, but you don't want that. Instead, eject the current drive and mount Cd2.bin instead.

STEP 3-----Reopen the game by going to the directory where you installed it, (unless the CD autoplays), and simply enjoy.

The bin files contain the data while the iso files are used to install the data onto the computer heres what you need to do step by step

1: Download all 4 parts

2: Extract files from the file with winrar/7zip to the desktop

2a: Skip 3 and 4 if you already got daemon tools

3: Download daemon tools (lite free)

4: install daemon tools (lite free)

5: Bring up daemon tools

6: mount Heart De Roommate Cd1 (iso)(its the cue file) not bin file

7: Install

8: mount Heart De Roommate cd2 (iso)(its the cue file) to play the game

I'm quite confused. I have downloaded plenty of games from this site and reinstalled this game a few times using the instructions above but for some reason... Whatever I do, it just says "Cannot locate the CD-ROM. Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application". If anyone can help. that would be great.

Something must be wrong with these files. Downloaded all four parts, and extracted the two disc images without receiving any errors. Disc 1 always burns with errors, but installation seems to go successfully. Also attempted mounting it, and it again seems to install fine. But when you actually launch the program it pops up a window saying it can't find the CD-ROM.

For everyone who has had the problem for when the game asks for the cd rom simply follow these steps
1. Load the second disc first using daemon tools
2. Copy the files and them to a blank cd disc
3. Once you have it burned just run the first disc game setup and when it tells you to insert the game disc insert the cd that has the second disc files burned on it

Good day everyone I have a little bit problem here, I installed the first disc using Daemon tools no problem then I mount again disc 2 and played there but every time the game start when I clicked the Start button it crashes. Any advice guys??

to fix just use daemon tools to mount disc 1 then install with that. (i generally install somewhere easy to find, for me that is my D: Drive.)

Google heart de roommate no cd crack and click the first link should be gamecopyworld (if im not allowed to post that, sorry).

Click the language you want (english and russian were the ones that were there) then download the crack.

Then its just a matter of extracting the files, (HEARTUS.EXE and a .nfo file.)

Open a new window to where you installed the game and drag HEARTUS.EXE from the crack into the installed file and let it replace the one in there.

Now it should work :)

I can access the site, but I can't download the crack... I'm always redirected to the first page of the site whenever I click the English no-CD crack... And I can't find other places to download it... do you know anywhere else I can download it...? Or, if possible, just upload copies of the cracked .exe file you got in various file-sharing sites so that more people can access it...? This game will not work in Windows 10 without a no-CD crack. The game requires the SecDrv service to be running, and all modern versions of Windows have had this disabled as insecure. Older versions of Windows can be forced to load the service anyway with an elevated command prompt, but Win10 cannot.

Okay looks like the game itself has no background music, just voices. By the way, for those who have finished the game ( 3 different main routes) if you finish all the routes ending up ONLY at episode 13 and it places you back at the title screen, the game is NOT finished. You just choose the bad end, there is a walkthrough for this(i recommend the walkthrough from IGN.com) and if you follow it , regardless of the route you're taking you'll unlock Episode 14 "title: all girls secret meeting. After the episode you'll be able to continue the story up until episode 26........ This game is a bit complex (at routes) as to why i'm surprised by it. Good luck!

Probably one of the best VNs that i have encountered so far (like lucy ThEternitySheWishedFor) this game teaches us the importance of friendship and and also makes us feel the sadness of looking back at ones PRECIOUS memories from the past. The game doesn't have sounds but the flow of the story was enough to convince me to like it. Hope they make more games like this. :)

Was satisfied with the conclusion that tomoe's route was the best, but after finishing asumi's route and unlocking her special ending "the place where the sun sets..." (can only be unlocked when finished all 5 routes) damn it shot right through me, i can clearly see the gap between the routes that i've finished, and without any hesitation to conclude that her route was the best. Really unexpected that it made drop some tears.

I was pleasantly surprised by this game. From the description, I was expecting another trashy, thinly disguised porn game; I installed it hoping it would serve as a fun cooldown between more serous/mature games. I thought it would just be a joke, but I was very wrong.

Despite the somewhat unrealistic and childish premise (a boy being "forced" to live in a girl's dorm, wear dresses, and serve as their slave), the end game was actually more realistic and had higher maturity level than a lot of other games I've played.

Also, for all those saying there isn't sound... My version had voice acting, sound effects, and really loud music. If you right click and go to properties, you can access the sound controls (unfortunately the volume control for music doesn't work, so you can either have it ludicrously loud or off).

For those that say that the game has no BGM! It does have BGM, but to hear it you must have the second disc in the drive( mounted in daemon tools or whatever you use).
And to play it on Win 10 you must fallow the advice of guy who posted that you need to find a No-Cd crack on site called gamecopyworld , simply google heartderoommate no cd and the first result will be it. And even with the No-CD crack like that, in order to hear music you still need to mount second CD.

I have a windows 10 OS, and bc of that it won't properly let me play the game w compatibility settings or download DirectX 7.0 from the game files or game install window + I'm wary of downloading the software from a 3rd party site, which leaves the game .exe useless and doesn't open after install - any fixes for this problem would be really appreciated !
