A Kiss For The Petals - Remembering How We Met

The story follows the conclusion of Risa and Miya’s storyline from A Kiss For The Petals – Snow White’s Knight.

The season is fall… as the uniforms transition from summer to winter garments, Risa suddenly has a pang of nostalgia. It was this very uniform she was wearing on her first day at St. Michael’s… The day she met her future girlfriend Miya.

Now the two of them share a passionate life as a couple living in Risa’s apartment, but there was a time in their relationship when the very sight of one another would be enough to set off an endless bout of arguing. From Risa’s point of view, it all started with her just trying to get Miya to come to class… And even now with the two of them going out, the chronically truant girl has failed to mend her ways.

Remembering those days elicits a faint laugh from Risa.

Miya, sitting alongside her, questions Risa’s sudden outburst with a puzzled expression.

“I was just thinking back… About when we first met.”

But one Question. If I remember correctly, this is the 18th?!? published Game (Release date). But there are only the first 9 on this website, the next would be Sono Hanabira: Lily Platinum (10). Did I miss the release of the Games 10-17? Does someone know what happend with them?

Previous nine were fantranslated, while this one is official localization by Mangagamer. No idea why they started with this one.
Also, don't put much weigh on release date - this series has several couples, and they alternate between them.

Thx for the Info, didn´t notice this one is a official release^^". I am aware of the Couple-System of this series, since this one is my first and still favorite vn-series, but it would be nice to Start at the beginning of the Story, since Miya and Risa were first introduced in the 11. game.XD

I hope Mangagamer or a fangroup will translate the other ones soon, when possible in right Order :)
I see forward to the time I see them at the start-page :D

I believe that all the couples have two games each focusing on them, but the games are all numbered out of order. If you're going to download them all and play the couples entire stories, I suggest making a compilation file for this series and putting the couples names after their games numbered name, that worked well for me. Regarding the question of releases 11-17, they were actually not translated by fans due to them being released for the PSP (11-14) and the PSVita (15-18) (it's hard to translate games for a handheld platform because of inflexible encoding for the text). If they were translated, the text would either be visually and grammatically screwed up beyond belief, have some weird glitches at frequent intervals, or be too small to read or too big to fit all on screen, unless the fans re-coded the game entirely from scratch due to the PSP and PSVita having very little flexibility in localization of text coding. I don't think the company will continue releasing these on the Sony handhelds, as poor sales made them speak off the record about returning to their focus on PC releases and re-releases for the PC of the PSP and PSVita games. If that happens (which it definitely will), you can expect to see either official or fan-translations of those currently "lost" games.

Why bother? Good question. Unless you've played the 11th game and want to see the whole story with this couple, then yeah, you don't need to play this one. on the other hand, there is that spin-off hanahira, which has no sexual content and doesn't even feature the main couples. I'd say because yuri love is beautiful even before it turns intimate and naughty, but a lack of sexual content isn't a reason to skip a game, especially if you're a fan of the series it's from, not playing it would be a disservice to the franchise...

yay another Sono Hanabira, downside is that it's a sequal to an untranslated Sono Hanabira game....but it does show that Mangagamer sees there is money to be made in localizing Sono Hanabira or even Yuri. Hopefully they release some more (Sono Hanabira or other Yuri games)
