Interesting, are these downloads somehow hidden? I ended up here by using the next/previous downloads button on a download detail page. Seems like this and tokyo twilight doesnt show up on the main browsing page or the download list?

HOW TO SOLVE THE SOUND PROBLEM
After installing the game , go to game’s folder and there you can see a folder named “_CommonRedist”. Enter the folder and find there another folder named “OpenAL” and open it there’s only just one folder inside named 2.0.7.0, open it and click on a installer named “oalinst.exe”. It will install necessary files, so when you start your game again dialogue audio will be in place.
