My game crashes everytime I play that video. How can I remove the video? T.T

Can anyone tell me if you have to complete at least one route first to unlock Jisoo (the black cat)? Cause when it gets to the choosing point, he isn't highlighted when I mouse over him...

Umm After the pets turned into humans there voices are not working anymore... its like thier mouths move but the voice is not coming out... i even went to opetions to see if the seiyu voice volume was low or something but it was full and all characters were selected... Help? ;w;\

Please help me, I can't view any of the cgs I supposelly have T.T I'm on the jiwoo route but when I want to see the pictures I've adquired, the cg section is just blank, how can I fix that? c:

Is anyone else having this problem? I download all the parts and everything and I also finished playing all of the common route, I thought maybe the opening song would be after that route but it went straight to the character route without the opening theme and when I got to the character route in their human form their mouths would be moving but there's no voice. I have the volume in the settings to max but there's no voice.
Please help.

Beside the problems that I mention above I also noticed that all of the CGS that I got throughout the game isn't in the collection when I went back to check it. Am I doing something wrong here cause I'm noticing a few problems. I even re download the game and everything but the problem still there.

Hi! So, I've downloaded all the parts and I extracted the files. When I go to run the game, the folder with the game just says that it isn't responding and closes the window. The game never even starts up. I click the application, my computer loads for a bit, then the window stops responding and closes. Can you help me out at all? I've tried running as administrator, but it stops responding before the permission window to run as administrator even opens.

Um, I downloaded all the parts properly, but the game doesnt work. It says:
