Count Georik Zaberisk builds a sterling reputation as the head Royal Physician tending to the King of Hardland. However, the poor health of his frail sister, Lillith, drives him to resign from his post and retire to the countryside where he lives the charmed life of nobility. One day, while Georik is away, Lillith is accused and tried for witchcraft by an angry mob of villagers – her head is chopped off and her body burned! Somehow Georik manages to secure Lillith’s head and to his amazement finds that she is still alive, and Georik is consumed with a desire to make Lillith whole again. Georik learns of the homunculi, who use alchemy. However, the Kingdom of Hardland had outlawed witchcraft and alchemy long ago. Georik is forced to delve into the banned world of alchemy in order to help his sister.

The choices the player is given in this VN often have a time limit. Usually if an answer is not chosen within the time available an answer will be picked at random, or the protagonist will be deemed to have said nothing.

I can't handle gore, and I've read that this game is pretty violent but not in an excessive way - but I...REALLY can't handle much gore, so I'm just wondering if this is going to make me sick. (I already have it installed lmao but I just went and looked it up again just to be ABSOLUTELY SURE before playing it, and figured I'd ask here.)
I know it's rated M for blood and gore, nudity, and sexual violence, but ratings aren't a very good indicator, IME.

Does anyone know the password to unlock the files
I tried to download the original patch to fix this, but I couldn't apply it to the .iso file, for some reason.
Alternatively, can someone advise how to fix that problem? Should I just burn a CD and apply the patch to that instead?
The problem is that I mounted it to Daemon Tools, but I can't find an option to install it, which means I can't apply any of the patches. Can anyone guide me on how to install the game?

The story is incredible though. I really wish I could finish playing it, but at one point I was really creeped out by one of the CGs and I looked through the CG collection for a bit to see if things would get worse.
I found one (with eyes ofcourse) that literally made me cry in the corner of my room.
So yeah.
I kinda wish there was a way to disable some CGs, as I really liked the story and stuff D:
Lastly, the English version of the game took away all the yaoi parts? So we won't be able to see any yaoi scenes? Just shounen-ai? Is there a way to see them in the English version?
