OMG!!! I’m in love with this game. At first I thought it’s going to be just some sweet VN, but then the feels hit. And boy did they hit hard. I needed a lot of tissues, and not because of the ecchi scenes. I strongly recomend this game to anybody. P.S. sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is my 3nd language.

Finished both Kisaya’s ( a little surprise awaits those who finish this route ) and Ayako’s route and I have to say they were nice , clishe’ish but good overall .
I might try Umi for a change , after all a kouhai comes after a sempai/senpai .
To the admin/uploader: If it’s possible and if you’re willing, could you please include a censored or uncensored tag? In some cases it’s pretty obvious a game is censored (like this case & those cases that require separate english patches), but it’s not always obvious if something has officially been translated or not.

So many people getting confused over this piece of application, “lcsebody”; some people even called it icebody (it’s lcsebody forsaken, license_body. which means need a configuration.
Here,download the god**** CRACK.exe at the end of the part list. Only 676 KB, No need to extract, because it’s in .exe not .rar
After you download that crack, which should have name the same as the one previously in the Harukoi Otome folder, “lcsebody”.
Drag the crack one, and place it on the folder.
The PC “usually” will prompt you if you really want to replace the file, YES! The replacement (aka. CRACK) doesn’t need any configuration anymore, duh!!
There is nothing like that anywhere. Also there needs to be a fix for this awful text format.

Okay so, not sure if anyone has this problem. However, it seems I do not have access to the CG/Scenario/Music options on the main menu (title screen, call it what you want). I recently cleared Ayaka’s Bad route and was wondering if I have to get a good ending first (to allow the said options listed above) or if something went wrong with downloading/extracting. If someone could reply that would be awesome!

Wow what a game. The storylines might be a little cliche, but ayaka’s route made me cry legit. My favorite one was Kisaya’s mainly cause I play sports haha.
I love this game! I’m one route in and I’m hooked.

And apparently the game was turned into a two part hentai OAV with Kisaya and Yuika in part 1 and Riru and Umi in part 2. Not to mention having the same voice actors from the game for most of the characters as well.

Its fascinating, finding out that “Oikawa” and some scenery from that game where used already in Koihime Mouso as I played that game just for the heck of it. Would have been nice when they had done there a little connection when usig the Chars, backgrounds and the likes in both games. (even the emblem over there on Oikawas uniform is the same as in Harukoi Otome)

The prologue does matter. Just a few innocent differences in the prologue alone affects the game a lot later judging from my personal experience alone.

Well that was interesting run, however alot of scenes and conversations made me go WTF, mostly Fuyurugi and Serizawa routes. My personal favorite story here is Riru. Wish they would give me Natsuko or her duo partner instead of Sonja and/or Serizawa.

It takes a lot of time and sweat to find this one in the middle of the post 🙁 and now still there no page for the title, it looks like no walkthrough exists at all.
So… How is the game? Is it similar to Koihime Musou, I kinda enjoyed that one.
Fairly dull. The art is bad. The voice acting is mediocre at best. Some of the characters are decent at least. Well, a lot of that should be obvious if you’ve played Koihime Musou.
I enjoyed it. Yet it kinda felt like one of those things I like, but I probably won’t be rushing to replay it. Once I did Riru, my second route, I started losing interest.
I do like the male friend in this game though, he was legitimently entertaining.
I really want to see some good nukiges without rape be up on this site like Imouto Paradise.

1. Download the utility – http://www.mediafire.com/download/z4eya5p1is07kvg/lcsebody_unpacker.rar
2. In the game folder, create a new folder. Put there lcsebody2 and lcsebody2.lst.
3. Unzip the utility in this folder. Run the run.bat
4. The resulting png move into the original folder (4644 png).
5. lcsebody2 lcsebody2.lst and can be removed.
For those who have extractor already just create new txt which contains
those lines
exwlcs lcsebody2.lst lcsebody2
and rename txt to bat. Then just run it.

Everybody who’s having problems using this workaround: try to right click lcsebody1.exe and run as system administrator. Then drag those two files on them. Works without a problem. I haven’t had any so far…

For those still having problem with the image extraction process. If the program runs and closes without error it should have worked. Though,It dosen’t always dump the images in the same folder you started the extraction from.
I tried it on XP and it dumped in my Document and Settings\(User name) folder.
I also tried it on Vista and it dumped in my My Pictures folder.
If you get an error the command prompt will stay open and display the error, but if it closes on its own and you dont see any pics search your computer. It dumps about 50 million .png images so its not terribly hard to find if you search for newly created content.

maybe having the problem I have, keep getting the bad end. And i even used the JPN walkthough for Ayaka and I still get the bad end. I can only think the good in is blocked or something.
The font sucks a bit (not sure if it’s a crack problem or what) and the spacing is strange between some characters which makes it a little hard to read at times but it’s working fine now with the method Jesse suggested. Only dragging the files onto exwlcs.exe did nothing for me. I had to go into the command prompt and type in exwlcs lcsebody2.lst lcsebody2, which worked fine then. So besides the font issue thanks!

what i dident like about otoboku was that was to much sexual content before going down a route does this game have that as well or is it something else you dont like
I’d have to say that it’s true that too much sex can ruin a really good story. I didn’t go through otoboku until after seeing the anime, so maybe I’m biased?
the anime version of vn’s are ussaly quite diffrent from the vn itself so maybe but it depends on the game for me romance vn’s specially pure romance ones i dont like sexual content untill your on a route but i dont mind it in games like alchemy meister because that game is epicness incarnate and nothing could stop me enjoying it 😀 oh by the way i dident actually get an answer to my question does anyone know if this game does have sexual content before the routes because im probaly going to avoid it if it does

Oh boy… Verily, Kisaya’s mannerisms doth grate on my nerves – Ye Butchered Olde English gets annoying after a while.
Anyway, extracting the contents of lcsebody2 and lcsebody2.lst with exwlcs.exe works like a charm. If anyone wants step-by-step instructions, here they are.
1. Download this old lcsebody1 crack and put it in your game folder… http://www.putlocker.com/file/2E29B6C3621F3080
2. Download exwlcs.exe from http://www.findthatzip-file.com/search-16264236-hZIP/winrar-winzip-download-exwlcs-zip.htm
3.Extract it with whatever unzipper you use (I use Winrar) and place it in the same older you have Harukoi Otome installed.
4.Hold down control and left-click both lcsebody2 and lcsebody2.lst and drag the two of them on top of exwlcs.exe
5.You should have a bunch of PNG’s in your game folder now. Double-click the lcsebody1 crack you downloaded step 1 and you’re good to go – no problems whatsoever.
That or you can wait till a proper crack comes out, but this works.

exwlcs could not extract icsebody2/.lst. Simply show a black window that quickly displays: could not ************** and that was it…
list both lcsebody2, and pull lcsebody2.lst toward exwlcs.exe
i did that but still got just a black window and nothing else =/
Was having the same problem with the exwlcs not working, had a quick look and noted the folder was marked as read only?? Changed that and it seemed to work.
I had the same thing too, I just had to do it like 50 times and it just randomly worked the 80th time, so just keep trying.

Works, however get a lot errors whenever a character image is supposed to show up layer itself over the background. So it would be best just to wait for the crack
Update, the error occurs with Prologue Part, main story seems to work.
Just started on the main story using the above method, and I can confirm that the layering issue is still there.
not sure what you mean but doing the above method the game works 100% for me (i didnt drag them on top of it though, used the legit command prompt command), havent encountered any errors or problem with the character sprites. already finished 2 full routes.
so if you get errors something must have gone wrong somewhere.

This release is still on the 10th of August. There may even crack the one who works crookedly. There is no answer in the comments, because no one has downloaded so far. Did you check it?
The game starts but the sprites don’t show, you’ll get errors etc. The crack works only partially.
According to commentaries there must unpack lcsebody2, generally the same method as that described above. Nothing new.

Just once more though, I’d say do buy this if you actually have the money. The way mangagamer sets their prices is based on the lenth of the VN itself, so long ones like these get 50 dollar pricetags because 2mb of text costs them about 67 grand to pay to translate(Rough assumption based upon 0.01c per char, chars per byte). Basically, if they sell less than 1200 copies of this they effectively lost money. And their biggest seller to date has only sold about 2400.
The softhouse seal titles are all short and only cost about 10k-15k to translate, so they’re what actually makes them money. At 25 bucks a pop, those ones only need to get in the high hundreds before they’re making money. I imagine if their big titles keep bombing in sales they’re eventually just going to give up and just do nothing but softhouse seal shit.
Agreed on the fact that people should buy it if they have the money.
Sadly I think it’s the way they plan their pricetags is backfiring on them. Selling any game at 50 dollar price requires huge existing prestige or massive and successful advertising.
The way I see it, from 10 potential buyers, at least 4 will buy the 25 dollar crap instead, since that’s simply something they CAN buy. From the remaining 6 at least 4 will buy the cheaper 25 dollar game as well… Since it’s that much cheaper and they don’t really know either game anyways.
At $25 bucks for the long titles, they’d need to start selling more than 3000 copies to make a profit. I frankly doubt there’s even that many potential customers out there.
In summary, pirate softhouse seal shit(and morningstar shit in the future), but pay for baseson/overdrive/(future)-moonstone games.

The program is exwlcs.exe and you need to make a new folder drag lcsebody2 & lcsebody2.lst to it then you change the 2 to 1 then drag to exe once done rename the lcsebody back to how they was and copy everything to installation folder.
Is this suppose to extract the files? When I drag the icebody2 file, renamed to icebody 1 to the exe file it just brings up a command prompt and does nothing.
I am having the same issue as the user above. when i follow Nero’s instructions, all i get when dragging the renamed icsebody files to the exe file i just got a command prompt that shows up very briefly and disappears. I dont see any png files that were extracted. Can anyone please help? Thanks.
put lcsebody + lcsebody.lst in a directory with exwlcs,
open a prompt, go to the directory and type exwlcs lcsebody2.lst lcsebody2

If you’re really impatient (and really poor), you can run the game using the lcsebody1 provided up there. You just need to extract the contents of lcsebody2. You can utilize google to find lcsebody extraction tools. If you did it right you’ll end up with about 4.6 thousand .pngs. Just leave those in the same directory as lcsebody1.exe and it will find them and you should be on your way.
The reason that lcsebody won’t work as is is because it doesn’t check for lcsebody2(It’s from a game that had everything in lcsebody1), which has all the character graphics.
Oh, and just a warning. This won’t solve wordwrap issues either.

Kept looking for extraction tool for about 30 mins, downloaded Crass, spent a minute or 2 figuring out the way it’s used… And now I got the game up and running.

Hmm, nope. At least the way I did it didn’t fix the biggest problem.
The moment it tries to open the intro movie it still crashes. So still can’t access the main story. >_<

Your codecs are probably fucked up or something. Go to install folder and open haru_op.avi to see if you can even play it. If you can’t, there’s your problem.
It could be. WMP can play it, but the default player it’s trying to use considers it unsupported format. I’ll be trying out some stuff on that front, but if you got suggestions, feel free to throw them my way. I’ll be back to check on this later.

This vn came out earlier Koihime. This is highly unlikely. In Koihime only mentioned the heroines Harukoi and friend of the protagonist Harukoi same as friend Kazuto in koihime at the beginning of the game.
So basically the cameos go the other way, huh. To be expected if they came out in that order. Thx for the info.

Same situation. Menus & prologue can be accessed. main storyline (because of some opening movie or something, I guess) & character graphics won’t load though.
I guess there’s need for some fine-tuning in a few definitons inside the exe? Seems like the basis of the crack is still working though. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.
lcsebody1 runs the game, but it doesnt properly load character graphics, so i guess that crack doesnt work completely, >.>
