The protagonist is a part-time worker stocking shelves at a supermarket, struggling to make ends meet after failing to find a job and feeling a deep sense of disillusionment and inferiority towards society.
One day, Akise Shiori, a virtuous housewife who has just moved to the area, visits the store as a customer.
The moment he helps her set up the supermarket’s app at her request, he witnesses something unexpected.
On the screen of her elegant smartphone lies the icon of a dating app—a stark contrast to her refined demeanor, a strange unease and dark curiosity quietly awaken within him.
At first glance, she seems like a demure and serious, perfectly ordinary housewife.
Why would she be hiding something so incongruous?
What true feelings or secrets is she seeking on the other side of the screen? A married woman is torn between her moral compass and hidden desires by a man who approaches her with genuine kindness as a real-life supermarket employee, and by a man who plays a different persona on a dating app, laying a sweet trap for her.
What awaits her at the end of this path? Ruin, or something else…?
