tried this, game is not bad and available on steam, so I bought it to support authors.
That game is absurdly hard on the first playtrough were you are still getting the hang of the game.
I ended playing on very easy at the end of game because it was way too hard for me.
BTW try out the sunrider:mask of arcadius if you have yet to.
The first one is not so beginner friendly though a few bad ends makes you understand what stats and tactic to use. If you play the first one then you'll find no problem in the second one.
If u dont like the gameplay of the first and second series, then u can drop out of most big name games in the J compartment e.g sengoku rance, tears to tiara & utawarerumono
if you find system annoying, just lower difficutly and skip stat whoring :D

I'm trying to focus on Sola but I seem to have more encounters with the other chicks. Trying to balance managing the clubs with your stats and getting work is kind of a bitch with how much stress I gain and the ridiculous failure rate this game has.
I already stripped it down to waifu mode but that doesn't seem to have had any impact on how many times I fail an activity. I thought it might have something to do with my stress level so I'm trying to keep it low, but the most effective way I can find is to just play video games. The game told me I could stay at home during break days but I never get the option when clicking "Home."
In your case, as in mine, it's impossible to progress with Sola, and you have to either go back to a previous save and keep her under 10 hearts until you give her the required gift, or start a new game.

First interact with her and raise the hearts.(Don't fully raise the hearts to 10,8 hearts will be ok because it will automatically raise after you gave her the holo Gift)
