I'm sorry for disturbing, but Melting Pot didn't work for me. When I click on ''Start'' from the menu, everything freezes and the game tells me that there is a problem with It. I tried the application's compatibility settings but nothing could just work. Any ideas how to make It work?

Hello Elli!

A bit late to answer but you'll need ONE thing to actually run the game.

Go to
>Control Panel
>Region and Language
>Click on Administrative bar
>Select language as "Japanese" (you may need to insert Windows CD and install Eastern Languages first if you're using Window XP. You don't have to in Window 7 though)
>Click on apply/okay.
>Your computer will reboot.
>Now, click on Start again and play!

It's yaoi, it's just really badly translated so the pronouns get mixed up a lot.

The art for the game is lovely and I'd love to play the game. Just the translations are even sometimes worse than atlas and agth =O If someone could re-translate this game, that'd be awesome! Thanks~

Yo, yes, you need to do the FOLLOWING to actually make the game work! Here are steps by steps:

Go to
>Control Panel
>Region and Language
>Click on Administrative bar

i've done everything, but it won't work :c
win 7 64 bit - i've changed to japanese and so on.. nothing worked... it crashed at starting.

Unfortunately, English here is so terrible that I deleted the game (English is not my native lang, so it is ecpesially hard to comprehend its broken machine-translated variant).
I do hope there will be better versions of translation. Maybe. Some day.

About launching the game: Windows Applocale doesn't help, you have to set Japanese as a language for systems that do not support Unicode.

oh wow the screenshots are fricking hilarious. I've (unfortunately) played some games with poor, machine translation before, and honestly I just find it funny now. I might play this just to laugh at how terrible it looks. none-the-less, thanks for uploading yaoi and otome titles.
