Kindred Spirits on the Roof

Kokonotsuboshi Girls’ Academy of Commerce, a school built on the site of an old castle, nicknamed “Shirojo.” One day, the timid Toomi Yuna, who had been living a quiet life at this school, suddenly met two ghosts on the roof during lunch:

Enoki Sachi, who died in an accident before the war, and Nagatani Megumi, who died of illness 30 years ago. The two “kindred spirits” died with unrequited feelings in their hearts, met, and fell in love. They ardently wish to experience their “first time” together before their eternal rest.

…But they don’t know how.

The two who are bound to the site of the school enlist Yuna to help them create more “yuri” couples at the school so that they can glean some sexual insight from observing them, and to assist the girls struggling with their hidden feelings.

It has adult content, but it's fairly light on it. As far as I know, the H-scenes only appear pretty far down the story, and they were soft-core enough to be allowed on Steam. It's far more focused on romance.

Just in case you got message fake site, I'd found the solution and it's funny enough. The solution was you need to change the date to the past other than February 28th, 2016. In case you feel lazy to change specific date, you could change the year, as long as you remember this is 2016 lol. Anyway, apparently this is the first VN that required changing the date in computer to played it. Hope it'll help to whoever got the fake site message

Guys i know the price seems steep on steam but this is a completely uncensored visual novel on a mainstream source if you can at all i implore you buy it on steam if you can we need to support this kind of thing because of how butchered other games can be on steam so please if it's to much now at least wait for a sale or something. as fans we need to show that we care that a game like this has been made so easily available.

I Second this. If you can afford to, please buy it - I know it's quite expensive but it IS good quality and longer than most VN's - it's more than twice as long as any other yuri VN I've played.

Its super rare - (a first?) to get uncensored adult stuff on steam - and yuri stuff is also really rare - so especially if you are a yuri fan and want to see more of it consider buying it. (And yes I have).

The adult stuff isn't very hardcore - and it comes like 10+ hours into the game - so don't bother downloading this if you just want anime porn though - it's more about the yuri romance.

The exe used here was a loader, that's why it gets detected by security software. Here's a clean crack: downloadani.me/lfc9ku8onjzh/KindredSpirits.exe

The loader used by them won't even work on XP. This will.

To install over the archive admin uploaded, you need to do the following:

1. Delete "Kindred Spirits.exe"
2. Copy KindredSpirits.exe onto the game directory.
3. The files grpe.xfl and grps.xfl have had their names switched. If their loader ever crashed, the game would be unplayable. You need to:
a) rename grpe.xfl to temp.xfl
b) rename grps.xfl to grpe.xfl
c) rename temp.xfc to grps.xfs
This will give the correct names to the files
4. Play game from KindredSpirits.exe

I didn't test it yet, but it should work.

Read step 3a: rename grpe.xfl to temp.xfl
You're supposed to rename grpe.xfl to some temporary file, grps.xfl to grpe.xfl, and the temporary file to grps.xfl.

You just have to switch grpe.xfl and grps.xfl names somehow. temp.xfl was just picked as a temporary name, it doesn't matter. You simply have to follow the steps in order. If you can't do that, reinstall the game then you can use a bat file to switch the names like this:

ren grpe.xfl temp.xfl
ren grps.xfl grpe.xfl
ren temp.xfl grps.xfl

Save it as something.bat, run it, then delete it and never run it again.

Problems start when it's some low-profile/niche games that are requested. I have to do with what I can get my hands on - coupled with my recent lack of free time, due to RL commitments, results in botched releases like this.

If downloaded them all...
Right click on the "part 1" and you will see "extract here" ..click that and all of the rar. files will extract and you can play the game...make sure you have WinRar ..so that you can extract them

I went back to 2010 so it would still be a Sunday and the game doesn't show screens other than a broken start screen. When I start the game the text stays until the next scene (as in it all piles up into gibberish) and the screen is still black. Do you happen to know any restraints to the thing? Thanks.

I've download this with the expectation of seeing yuri 'H-scenes' and 'acts' by those spirits on this game.. and yeah, I made a mistake not to pay attention to comments..

This is so focused on Yuri-Romance rather than 'acts' D'x
And realized that this is an all-girls school, with those pain in the neck missions, and no male at all.. this is a gonna be tortures for me.

By the way, seems like the protagonist is not having enough common sense nor resistant to me.. She's just like 'huh?' 'okay' 'I'll try to see what I can do' - - why she never oppose the idea of girls at girls to them? unless.. o.O she's actually also a yuri!? or maybe, just doesn't put care to many things.

Anyway, I don't mind Romance, I like girl's friendships, I'd also rather good stories, and I'm into yuri.. but I oppose Yuri-romance, Because I still have common sense and I think that's not the right things to do.

I went into this game with very few expectations, but I LOVED it! The characters were really relatable and there was some really good development with most (if not all) the characters. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves cute and realistic Yuri relationships. Though if you like Yuri games just for the sex....well those scenes don't come in until pretty late in the game.
