When I try to open the game, an blue box appears on my screen, along with an error notification. I’ve changed my region to Japan, but it still doesn’t seem to be working. Is there any way to make it work, or does my computer just suck?

Yes, you have to change your (computer) system language to Japanese first before you play the game. (Make sure you set it as the administrator as well)
My computer flips out and wants to restart every time I try it..
SOLUTION TO ERROR DURING INSTALL:
hey guys I found a solution and it works fine:
1.Run applocale. (to find it just go to your start panel and search “applocale”
2.It will ask you to locate a specific file. Locate the boku no shokora.exe
3.next it will ask for the language. If it’s already 日本語 just click next, if it’s not then find “日本語” and click it.
4. Save the shortcut in the same folder.
5.Run it and play ^^

I’m already done with the main story and have all the endings for that one. I’m having trouble getting the 3rd ending for the white day scenario. The very last CG also says I have 3 out of 5. I’ve looked around everywhere and the only guides I can see are the ones for the main story, none for White Day. It doesn’t help that Ouiratsuike’s site is closed down too 🙁
for the 3rd ending you have to try make it a tie…

and for that CG… I dunno… I got it all, it just suddenly appeared right after I got my last ending for all I know… and although I skim through the ending later, there’s no part in any ending that has “that” certain CG… maybe, JUST maybe it’s a bonus CG for completing the game… :p

admin… the white day patch is not working for me idk how to patch it properly…
i read the translations notes in their then i follow the steps
i drag the patch files in the Boku no Shokora game folder then i open the game but nothings happend no extra menu added in the game
ohh… sorry about that ic it now in the Version info it says 1.1 White day patch
