Download all parts into one folder, then right-click on first part and choose “Extract here” – your archiving program will automatically pull data from all parts.

I dont know if yout have fixed your problem yet, but ive had the same.

I fixed it by setting my 3d quality to max (intel graphic), There was a slider there between performance and quality. When it was set to performance everyting was blurred, setting it to quality leads to a crisp sharp image.

Try downloading K-Lite Codec Pack. If I recall correctly I had a weird problem with SubaHibi and it was fixed by messing around with my codecs.
