You need to change the system locale to japanese to play eroge, to do it automatically you need applocale for windows 8.1 or older, or locale emulator for window 10.

To fix this you have to install the Locale Emulator and run the game with it. I was having the same problem at first but after using the Locale Emulator it works just fine.
